Scammers bought some parts £83 in total paid by credit card next day phoned me to ask if i could pay again as it hadn't gone threw i checked it had been taken out of my bank think there just scammers they say fraud but it was them that took 2 payments and nobody else has had a problem with my credit card in fact i purchased the exact items using the exact credit card items delivered next day and only had to pay once

Sorry to, I was let down. I wanted to be recommended parts, since I am not a mechanic, for my Jaguar x300 xjr. The only answers I got from Vicky was what parts you have in stoc with no ideas which parts I probably would need.

For a mechanic this is not a problem. For the common man, me, this was frustrating and time consuming. I spent three weeks before I gave up. Sorry Vicky, you need more help to be able to help out others. Besides the competition is far ahead in advising on keeping this cars on the road.

Please do better in the future!

Ps advising which parts in the rear suspension of an x300 should not be so difficult I guess? I asked specifically for springs, shockabs for the type? Was there a problem with that? And then I asked what surrounding parts normally wear out on this cars. After a week you sent me a schematic with no advice. That is SLOPPY, and no respect to an retuning customer.

And please, learn to spell. I know very well how to spell B last name, but I don't do it openly on the net. Like you are trying to. By doing so you even don't care about your customers privacy. I don't think you want that rumor in business, do you?
