I have used British Parts for both my S Type and my Discovery 3 parts. Exceptionally good service, fast delivery times, knowledgable, friendly and very helpful.

Passed my test at 17 in 1957 and been driving and repairing ever since, I have never had better service , even used their impeccable returns when I ordered the wrong part. I will use this service with complete confidence again

Confirmed stock for order, then had to chase as they forgot to dispatch. Then got confirmation of delivery, so took my car to the garage for them to strip.24 hours after dispatch they informed me that they didn't have all the items and that it was tough. Car now stuck on ramp in bits.

So far so good. Ordered R-type breakpads and discs from Mintex.. I've been driving them for roughly 3000km now, and am still happy. They work just fine so I would buy them again if needed. Big plus; they are waaaaay cheaper then OEM's from jaguar.

I purchased this item (310-044) to enable the removal of the fuel tank pipe on my XK8. The item was made out of lightweight plastic and disintegrated almost immediately on use. This item is not fit for purpose especially at a cost of £24.95.

Headline price for Adblue was £28.46, nowhere did it say "+ VAT" nor were the postage costs immediately apparent. Final price with Postage and VAT was £42.91 an increase of 50%. Transparency of pricing is needed

Excellent customer service and very quick delivery of a difficult to find P38 spare part. Great website, very easy to navigate.

I bought rear flexible brake pipes for my Jaguar XJ40; they were too short. When I rang the receptionist was very friendly but couldn’t put me through to parts and said she would get them to ring me, they did but I missed the call and they left a VM saying they had checked and the correct item was sent. I then called back later and spoke to Duncan, he was anything but helpful and basically told me to get the parts elsewhere, I certainly will and I will never use British Parts UK again.

In reply to British Parts, the rear axle, brakes and all mountings are off a Jaguar XJ40. So the connections at both ends are Jaguar XJ40, The bodyshell that is over the working parts is irrelevant but that seemed to go over your head. I have now bought these parts (for a XJ40) from my local car spares store and funnily enough they are about 2 inches longer. Happy days! Also these parts were received 12 months ago, not a year and a half ago and I wasn't expecting any refund as I do realise that is some time ago, I just wanted parts that fit and I was willing and expecting to pay for them.

Item exactly as described and a lot cheaper than local LR dealer. Arrived quicker than expected and well packaged. Will use British Parts again.

AVOID THIS COMPANY. CHEAP PRICES NOT WORTH THE HASSLE.
Be very wary of parts specifications - the website has very few details on the parts they are supplying and some of the parts supplied were not what I was expecting. Only after my complaints and bad reviews was I presented with a spec sheet that could just as easily be on their product listing page.

After realising my mistake with a pair of parts (one of which I broke by using incorrect fittings as the spec was different to what was originally fitted to the car), I asked for a refund on both as I thought it was not of OEM quality. After being rightly told I was wrong (and could not return the damaged part, understandable) I asked to return the unpackaged and untouched second part as I didn't want to go through with the job now. I was told that it is outside of their returns policy window so I cancelled all of my remaining orders with them. As a result of this, I left negative reviews of the company as good websites will always accept an untouched, packaged part a few days out of the return window.

That is when the owner of the company decided to publish my personal data on several different websites, against my permission. He then argued that he could leave them there if he pleased (despite GDPR laws being in place to prevent this).

After much toing and froing over emails, the director resorted to bully tactics and finally threatened myself and my wife (who hasn't been involved at all along this process). He also tried to manipulate me into returning the two parts for a refund in exchange for me deleting my reviews (AKA hush money).

Avoid avoid avoid.

Shipment of shock absorbers to Antigua was wrongly routed to Cairo by FedEx, causing a serious delay.

Without any prompting, and although there was no fault on their part, British Parts sent another set of shock absorbers which have now been fitted.

Throughout the excercise, Vicky was friendly and professional, and kept me up-to-date.

Definitely service "above and beyond"!

I will most certainly be using British Parts again.

I bought parts from british parts ,the quality off the parts was such poor quality and wrong parts supplied when confronted about shipping parts back on there cost they just said you the customer must pay to return goods even thou they supplied them
wrong buyers be aware ,ill never buy from british parts again shame on u guys

After an internet search I ordered on-line to British Parts as they offered the cheapest price for new calipers. The parts arrived, securely packaged, the next day and appear to be excellent quality. I am very impressed with such prompt service.

I am extensively rebuilding my 1998 Jaguar XJ8 and have bought most parts in advance from British Parts. I came across a few parts recently I hadn't previously ordered and so got down to ordering these late one Sunday afternoon. I knew I would not be waiting long and sure enough they were delivered early on the following Tuesday morning. I have never had reason to be disappointed with British Parts and even during the lockdown they have continued to stock & supply parts to their usual high standard. As a result I have enjoyed the Lockdown time! Thank you.
