Excellent quick service. Item was as described. The colour was exactly what I was looking.

Dreadful. Avoid at all costs.

We needed a replacement toilet seat for our relatively new bathroom suite, which was available on British Bathroom Company, so I placed the order and waited. How I wish I read the reviews beforehand...

Delivery was quoted as 3-5 business days. However, after that period, no sign of my order and repeated phone calls to the company went unanswered. Emailed, and got a reply the next day to say it was due to be dispatched on the following Monday with delivery on the Tuesday, so figured that was fine.

Come Monday, I get the dispatch email and tracking number. However, no delivery on Tuesday. Checked the tracking and nothing changed on it and this was the case towards the end of the week. More unanswered calls and no email replies.

Then I read the reviews and saw that this was quite common, so I opened a dispute via PayPal and was refunded. I emailed British Bathroom Company to tell them to cancel the order, and that if the item were to arrive, I would refused delivery. And you know what? It did turn up the next day, but I refused it as planned. I'm glad I did because the box it came in looked battered and not OEM!

It seems this company doesn't have any stock and will string customers along until they get it from somewhere else. Dreadful communication and customer service too.

Placed an order with this company for a shower tray which the website showed as being in stock. After a few days I received an email from them saying the item was no longer available so they offered a refund of the item cost, which should have taken 5 days. That was 17 days ago, with no sign of the refund, despite several emails to them asking where it was. I've not had a single response from the company. I've also tried numerous phone calls but no one picks up the phone.
I've now had to go to PayPal to see if they can recover the money for me.
It's a long time since I've dealt with such a shoddy company as British Bathrooms and I would advise anyone considering using them to look elsewhere, there's plenty of reputable competitors out there!

First of all, you need to answer your phone. Every time I tried to ring, no one picks up.
Secondly I had to email you to dispatch the order.
Thirdly one of the plates was damaged when I received the order.
I managed to get a replacement, but the whole process it took to long.
I don’t think I’ll use this company again.

I can't give no stars so one will have to suffice. They take your money and then that is it. No delivery details and they don't answer emails or the phone. I am now writing to the supplies they advertise on their website to suggest this may not be a company they should deal with. Of course I paid via credit card so the money will come back sooner or later but it's a hassle. To put it it as bluntly as I can. Buy elsewhere as there is a lot of choice.

The item advertised was not in stock so there is a delay in delivery for two weeks. The company let me know about the delay via email within a few days of ordering. Hopefully it arrives as advised.

Delivery was later than both purchase confirmation & customer service reply. But arrived in one piece. Thanks

Easy to order, quick delivery and good communication

Paid for an item and delivery that showed in stock - after I week I chased it and was told it was out of stock! Asked for a refund and it took two weeks - multiple emails sent - no one ever answers the phone - poor customer service - AVOID AVOID AVOID

Great price and quick delivery.

Trying to track down radiator ordered on the 3rd. Delivery was estimated for the 10th, then told 15th. Bathroom installation now delayed so this is costing me.

Never answer the phone. No reply to emails.

Would not use again nor recommend unless something changes.

*Update 17/6. Radiator arrived. So 2 weeks after ordering compared to 3-5 working days advertised at purchase. No response to any comms, emails etc. Grateful just to get it and will remember never to use these guys again.*

This company took my money supplied a faulty product from a supplier. Well you cannot phone they never answer. After slow snail mail I got some response. What they sent was faulty agreed by the manufacturer so I awaited a replacement! Well it was totally the wrong thing. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

We received it very quickly we are very happy with it, it's very well made, we went for the gold on to match our new bathroom in a couple of weeks time , we love it.

Omg where do I start. This company is an absolute nightmare. I ordered some bath taps on the 3rd May. I've emailed 3 times, filled in the form on their website twice and rung and rung like forever eventually getting through to a guy that was just walking passed the phone to be told on 2 separate occasions of 2 different dates they would be arriving and guess what . . . Nothing !!
I've just rung to have an automated message saying ' Sorry, phoneless are switched off due to a stocktaking ' what company would do that. Now I'm going to cancel for me to not get a refund and have to contact my bank. They should be closed down. Xx
