Bought two toilet seats with built in toddler seat great service from ordering to receiving kept informed thanks Gordon McAndrew

I filled in the form to ask for suggestions for a toilet seat to fit our unusal shaped one, and, it being a Sunday, I really didn't expect a reply before Monday morning. But an answer came back immediately from Sam, perfect, and I went ahead and bought! Excellent customer service!

The site was easy to navigate with all the dimensions needed to select the correct style toilet seat. It fits the toilet well, has a silent soft close mechanism and feels solid. The seat was well wrapped in bubble wrap but not in a box but was delivered promptly and intact.

Excellent company, easy to order and my Euroshowers Soft Close MDF D shape toilet seat arrive exactly when they said it would. Seat is good quality, sturdy and very easy to fit. Would happily purchase from them again.

I am currently waiting in q delivery since 2nd July. No one answers their emails or phone calls. Meanwhile, my fitters are expecting delivery. Poor

I used this company to order a tap that is extremely difficult to get, as it is no longer being produced. The company went out of their way to source the product and they kept me updated on the process (there was an inevitable delay in getting it). I was able to speak to somebody by phone when I needed to check something (rare these days) and my order arrived in perfect condition and at the time agreed. I was delighted with the service and product I received.

Stay away from this company. They take your money. Then that is it . They do not answer the phone , they do not respond to any e mails and they lie about there stock. Wish I had looked on trust pilot before using them.

We ordered (and paid for) two high end sinks on the basis they were in stock and could be delivered within 5 working days. They weren’t. Neither was there any communication to say that they weren’t going to be delivered. The phone lines were not answered despite multiple calls on multiple days. I managed to get through to a different department a week later who confirmed they still didn’t have the stock despite still showing ‘in stock’ on-line. I sent emails - no reply, l sent recorded delivery letters to both Directors (as registered at Companies House) and the Head of Customer Services - no reply and l continued to try and get through on their customer services number - sometimes it just ‘cut out’. I received an email from a courier company weeks later to say they were going to be delivered and called them to refuse the order. I received a refund a couple of weeks afterward on Paypal - still without a single communication from the company themselves. Their lack of delivery put our kitchen rebuild back weeks. If l could have given them a minus score, l would have done so. Note to British Bathrooms - don’t say you have stock when you don’t, don’t offer delivery times you can’t meet, answer your phones, respond to emails and shame on your directors for not answering recorded delivery letters. Your organisation’s modus operandi caused a lot of un-necessary stress.

Ordered a new toilet seat from British Bathroom Company - arrived in good time, packaged securely and fits a treat.

Order very delayed which was not the company's fault BUT their lack of communication was. Took eons to answer emails, phone is never answered, when they did answer they told me the part would arrive mid week but again this was incorrect. Customer service none existent. Will never use again. I can see why they reinvented themselves from the Bradford bathroom company as the reviews for that were dreadful too. You can not just change your name and expect customers to give you a second chance when actually the ONLY change is a name. Same rubbish service but guess what, they take your money immediately.

Recently purchased a replacement toilet seat.Very good communication. There was an issue with the product but this was sorted out very swiftly.
I would recommend and use this company again.

Competitive price and product as described but let down by delayed delivery and poor customer service. I was given a delivery date between 25th and 29th and as it hadn’t arrived by the 29th I called the company to chase it. On the first occasion they answered immediately and I was told that it was going out that afternoon and would arrive the following day and that I would get tracking details shortly. I didn’t get any tracking and 2 days later it had still not arrived so I called again and after several attempts I got through and was told that it had been despatched and I would receive it that day or the following day, and he would chase up the warehouse to send me the tracking. 2 days later it still hadn’t arrived and no tracking info so after a further few attempts at getting through I was told that it was coming today and I would be sent the tracking details. It did actually arrive today and I got tracking details shortly before it arrived. I know delays happen but there was a complete lack of communication from BBC and I had to call them to chase the order every time. The person who answered the phone, it may have been the same one on each occasion, was abrupt and seemed disinterested and there was no apology regarding the delay.

Had to wait a while for the delivery but it was well worth it. Exactly as described and has a good amount of space for our shower products.

Perfect, exactly what I was looking for at a great price. Delivery could be a little quicker but I guess we are all used to Amazon these days.

I searched for the plastic toilet seat hinge kits and found that the British bathroom company was the cheapest so put my order in.Received them in the post a few days later,perfect for my needs and exactly as advertised,very happy with my purchase.
