Ordered a wall mounted bathroom cabinet. After a little misunderstanding regards the courier, all was resolved quickly after a short email. It then arrived at the promised time, delivered with care and at a decent price compared to other outlets. We will certainly consider strongly should we require any further purchases in the ranges they provide.

I made order online 10 days ago since than I had no communication regarding when I’m getting my order and no one answers the phone no matter how many times you call.
For me this is a fraud company they are good at lowering you through their ok price and once they get your money you will hate the day you ordered anything from them.
Avoid this company completely.

Ordered some soft close hinges for our toilet seat. Found the items really easily on the website using the spares catalogue, items were reasonably priced and came within three days. Easy to fit, good quality and do the job perfectly. Very happy with my purchase and will definitely use the company again.

The product is good but there was delivery delay

I wanted to leave a review because overall I was really happy with British Bathroom Company.

It wasn’t completely perfect from start to finish, but to be honest that is sometimes the case with bathroom orders, especially when items are coming from different suppliers. There was a small delay with part of my order and I did have to ask for an update, but once I got a reply everything was dealt with really well.

What I liked most was that they were honest with me. They explained what had happened, gave me a realistic update and didn’t just fob me off with a standard reply. You can tell they are a small business, but I actually liked that because it felt like I was dealing with real people who cared about sorting it out.

The prices were very good compared to other places I looked at, and when there was a minor issue it was resolved quickly and fairly. The delivery details were also sent over once the order was ready, and everything arrived as expected.

I think what impressed me most was how they handled the problem, not that everything went 100% perfectly. Mistakes and delays can happen, but it’s how a company deals with them that matters, and I felt they did care and did their best to put things right.

I would use British Bathroom Company again and would recommend them, especially if you want competitive prices and a more personal service rather than dealing with a huge faceless company.

your website says delivery 5-7 working days delivery came after 10 days tried calling everyday no answer on the phone at all no reply to emails was not told that the items were not in stock and going to be coming directly from supplier caused lots of hassle had to push jobs back

I placed an order with British Bathroom Company at the beginning of July and paid in full. A couple of days later, I was told the item was out of stock but on back order and expected by 25 July.

When I contacted them on 27 July for an update, I was then told the item had been discontinued and that a refund would be issued within five days.

It has now been well over five days and I still have not received my refund. I have sent around messages asking for an update and have received no response whatsoever. It is impossible to get through by phone.

Even more concerning, the same item is still being advertised for sale on their website, despite being told it has been discontinued. This could potentially leave other customers in exactly the same situation.

I completely understand that stock issues happen, but taking payment, failing to supply the item, then failing to refund the money or even respond to repeated messages is simply not acceptable.

Very poor customer service and communication. I would not recommend ordering from this company.

I am totally DISGUSTED with the customer service or lack thereof from this company. I purchased a tap on 28th July 2026. I still have not received it. I called and managed to speak to someone once. They informed me that I would receive the tap in a few days.

I have received nothing. I tried to call on several occasions for an update, but no one answers the phone. I emailed them - no response. I filled out their online contact form but only received an automated response. I have requested a refund - still NO RESPONSE. I am left in the dark and had to purchase another tap elsewhere.

I am renovating and have ordered many things since from other companies and have received them - who also provide tracking etc and follow-up, but British Bathroom Company - NOTHING!

I will not use this company again. I have no choice but to raise a claim with PayPal, which is another massive inconvenience!

I placed an order and when it didn't arrive I tried to contact the company. Their customer service phone line doesn't actually take calls - just redirects you to a form on the website. I completed the form and waited so long for a response the email apologised for the delay. I was informed that they didn't have the product I ordered and offered me an alternative which I didn't want. I requested to cancel the order. I eventually received an email saying they had refunded my money and to wait up to 5 working days for it to show in my account. I am still waiting and it is a month since I placed my order. I have resorted to claiming a charge back from my credit card company. I would not recommend dealing with this company.

Sold us something they didn't have. Waited 2 weeks then called and was told it was being sent out "tomorrow". When it never came we asked what was going on and they admitted that they didn't have any and it would take a month to get them. We asked for a refund - which they agreed to do but never refunded us so we are now claiming the money back through our bank.

BBC You need to tell the truth when you respond to a customers review - this is what your e-mail sent on 31/7/2026 said.

Still waiting on order

Struggle to reach them by phone for update, constantly goes to automated message. Asked for updates on order progress, nothing received. No explanation or estimated delivery time on items still to be received

Cannot recommend ordering from this company as mssed delivery date despite saying would be delivered within five working days, poor communication, just voicemail. Chat unavailable, and no replies to emails, so no choice but to cancel order.WEB14995

No refund - just broken promises - AVOID! Will be taking up with my bank!

Items delivered and packaged well. The first delivery arrived with only one of the two items. I emailed and they were quick to respond and the second item arrived the next day. Purchased a Carronite bath and a Roca wall hung toilet pan

I have purchased a Roper Rhodes traditional toilet seat from the British Bath Company before. They were very helpful and had a great choice to select from. The prices were reasonable too. The Order was dealt with immediately and delivery was excellent. Also, great communications throughout.
