It’s never nice leaving a low star review but I have no choice as I can’t get hold of the company.

Ordered on 14th and followed up with an email on 19th December asking for an estimated delivery date as I’d heard nothing - received a same-day reply that order will not be dispatched until week commencing 5th January, and I’d get it by the 9th January.

I’ve tried calling but no answer and no response to my email on 8th January. Concerned I’m going to have to try and source from somewhere else and contact my bank.

Their stock is great and competitively priced, but that’s only useful if items get despatched.

Update: since leaving this review, the item was dispatched on 13th Jan and delivered on 15th. I originally ordered on 14th December.

Very slow to process the order for dispatch, left a message for them to contact me to upgrade the shipping - no response. Called them to ask if the order has been dispatched they confirmed it will be in 48 hours. I called 48 hours later and they said it will be dispatched in the next 24 hours. Then it seems someone went to drop off at a Evri parcel shop on a Saturday. Have a feeling it may have not been dispatched as all if I never chased them.
Product and website are great! Shame about the service.

When the replacement part was delivered it arrived damaged.
When I tried to contact the company by phone there was no answer.
Had to find a replacement elsewhere.

Good choice, good price just delayed delivery but informed about it

Nothing the matter with the product but delivery was an unhappy experience. Eventually, I had to get pretty shirty with them and their failure to respond to order follow-up enquiries was unsatisfactory. Finally someone sorted the issue but not until after I’d twice had to cancel my installation plumber. I ordered in November. I was told to expect my product within 7 days. The product was in stock when I ordered. It took over a month. They ran out of stock twice before it was dispatched, presumably because they prioritised someone else’s order. I was unable to finish the bathroom in time for Christmas as a result.

PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.
I placed an order over two weeks ago and paid a significant amount of money. Since then, I’ve completely lost communication with the company. There have been no updates on my order and, of course, no delivery. The phone number doesn’t work, and none of my numerous emails have received a response. I’m genuinely worried that I won’t get my money back

Ordered a toilet, delivered without the cistern. Waited two weeks for the cistern to be delivered (told it hadn't left the warehouse on one call and that it hadn't been ordered from the company on another). It was delivered and was smashed in the box. Returned it for a refund, nearly two weeks on and am still waiting (despite being told it would be in my account 4 days ago).
No response to emails and the contact number is now dead.
I am going to report to TS and request refund through CC company. Shocking customer service. Still without a toilet ... AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

I had ordered a sink from another supplier who after weeks of back and forth failed to deliver. After cancelling with them I ordered from BBC and sent an email if my order could be shipped sooner as we had been without a sink for a while. They called me up an hour after sending my email, and expedited the order at no extra charge. The sink arrived on the arranged day, and whilst the outside box had been dented in transit (not BBCs fault) they had packaged the sink so well (double boxing it with packaging inbetween) it was fine inside. So good price, good customer service, swift delivery. Couldn't ask for anything more.

Purchased item, eventually arrived about 4 weeks after ordering (website says 4-5 days delivery) and me chasing them multiple times. Every time I chased they promised shipping the next day and tracking to be provided that day, but tracking information never came and the item wasn't shipped for weeks. Frustrating experience that could have being managed by them with more transparency and better communication.

AVOID BRITISH BATHROOM COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. Ordered a bath with quick delivery. After ordering and paying I was told it would now be 6 weeks, so I cancelled the order and was told I would be fully refunded within 5 days. Waited patiently but no refund arrived. They are now not responding to my emails or calls.

British Bathroom Company is a scam. Please do not order from here - there are plenty of other companies to use. Save yourself the time, hassle and lost money.

Shocking! Cant get in touch with them ans haven't heard anything about our order - still 'processing' apparently despite a suggested 3 day delivery window. Please dont buy from here. I will be reporting to trading standards

Ordered a heated towel radiator on their website, only to get an email to say their website was out of date and the item was discontinued, so was offered a refund with 5 days - that was a month ago and two chase emails have been ignored and they don't answer the phone!
Will now have to claim through my credit card company. Recommend avoiding at all costs!

Abysmal company. Very quick at taking payment and order and that’s where the professionalism ends. Although they say items dispatched within a couple of days, I doubt that they don’t keep them in stock but wait until they get the order and then obtain the item from the manufacturer.
They are impossible to contact by phone and they totally ignore e-mails.
Getting a refund for cancelled items due to their excessive delivery times is an ordeal in itself.
There are far more professional and reliable companies out there so don’t waste time and money on this bunch of totally inept cowboys.

This company is a HUGE SCAM COMPANY.

I ordered 7 taps from them that never came, they kept postponing delivery date and delayed my project, I called them several times and they keep giving fake assurances. Then requested for a refund so I can go buy the items somewhere else.

They probably sent a fake “refund e-mail” it is been over 5 working days and nytrfund hasn't been credited.

I am going to take this up with PayPal so as to get my refund back but they are such a useless company, wish I saw reviews

TLDR “in stock” item was not in stock. They didn’t process my refund. I wouldn’t recommend.

Mistakes happen but this was poor. I ordered an “in stock” item that hadn’t dispatched in a week. I contacted and they promised a delivery date in about another week which they missed. I then asked to cancel. They ignored and a few days later dispatched the wrong item. I contacted. They expected me to post back at my own expense but after I contacted yet again they sent a courier (only good point). They promised a refund. They didn’t refund in 3 weeks. I contacted again. They promised refund again. Another week. I contacted again. They ignored. I contacted pay PayPal who refunded me.

Another experience as the many below. My order WEB8580 was placed for a bath which they missed delivery for then said it would come next day. The next day they emailed to say it wasn't in stock and would take another 2 weeks. Offered a refund which we accepted 5 working days but 5 working days later on the phone to the credit card company and no refund!

Please avoid.

Avoid at all costs. Product delivered was completely different colour from what was shown online. Refused to replace.

Excellent service from sales to delivery. I had a large order for our en-suite and the help given by the sales to pull together everything team was superb. I had a small issue when delivered, which was delivered on the day promised, but this was immediately resolved to my satisfaction. Highly recommended.Order WEB8353
