We recently used Brinkley' when moving to a new rental property in Wimbledon. The service from the outset from fantastic and more so, post our move in to the property.

After moving in, we were promptly contacted by Dhruvika Patel​ (Property Manager) who advised that should we have any issues, we could reach out and she would ensure that any concerns or issues were resolved. I highlighted several problems with the property and from that point onwards, Dhruvika was true to her word and made sure everything I highlighted was sorted.

Dhruvika's highly professional and friendly approach gives us comfort and peace of mind that we will be well looked after during the course of our tenancy. She definitely matches the phrase of "going above and beyond to provide an exceptional service".

From the day I met this agent she has try to make sure I'm happy. All my concerns were addressed and she would follow up with answers for any questions she was not able to deal with at that appointed moment. She work over and above to make sure I would be happy in my new home. I would recommend her to anyone who is looking a new home and someone reliable to help them. When we were trying to find somewhere to live for our university year, it felt like we kept hitting dead ends.
