Moved in to a place last year. They failed to liase with the landlord to clean the place and we were left essentially homeless and crashing at friends' for two weeks as the landlord worked to make the place habitable, despite the agent promising us on the viewing that they would clean it. Now we're barely three quarters of the way through our tenancy and they're already harrassing us to ask whether we think we'll stay another term. Not to mention they completely misspelt one of our names on the actual contract and keep sending emails to the wrong address, despite it all being there on previous correspondence. The whole thing just reeks of utter incompetence and carelessness. The place is nice, they seem to have nice affordable places to rent.

Absolutely useless Lettings agents. We had multiple bookings cancelled without any form of contact as the flat had already been let, or the agents would change the time of our viewing to times we had already said we couldn’t attend, without any correspondence with us. We would be left to chase them to confirm flat viewings on the day of the viewing only to be told (quite rudely) that the flat was already let. They just don’t seem like they can be bothered to speak to you. Impossible to even get a reply as the agents tend to ignore your emails when they know they’re in the wrong. Always a good sign to have estate agents that ignore clients. Avoid.

Absolutely awful estate agents, AVIOD, there are so many others to choose from. They have no regard for their customers, if you raise an issue you are met with 'send in an email complaint and someone will look at it'. They just can't be bothered, and its also very difficult to get hold of anyone. They don't do what they assure you they will. JUST AWFUL - AVOID.

Customer service is awful.
We let our flat with them for a number of years and we could never get hold of anybody. The final crunch was the keys. At check out the inventory clerk took the keys back to the office and Brinkley's wanted £35.00 to post them out to us.
Needless to say, we will not be using Brinkley's in the future.

Brilliant company, very attentive and are on the ball!

Brinkley's estate agents were super helpful in helping us purchase our first home in London. Graeme was informative, attentive, organised and a big part of us getting it over the line before the stamp duty holiday deadline. Many thanks, we are pleased with our new home and would definitely recommend Brinkley's.

The worst estate agent we have ever had to deal with. Sales team are pushy when they are trying to get your money and then entirely unavailable when you need something from them. Legal and accounts team are rude and will flat out lie to you. Would never use again and would actively discourage anyone I know from using them.

Our initial experience with Brinkley’s via Ben was positive. He was efficient and well organised. However, as soon as we agreed to let and paid the deposit, communication from Brinkley’s stopped. We had to chase to find out our move in date and contract signing. There was also an issue where Brinkley’s had not communicated with the landlord who did not know we would be moving in so nothing was ready. 2 months after moving in, we are still chasing the inventory report from Christina.

Graeme was exceptionally helpful, polite and proactive .

Brinkley's were very reliable in the sale of our property. They responded to phone calls and emails promptly and were efficient at chasing our buyer. They were always willing to help and even found us a last minute delivery van when ours failed to show up on removal day! Would certainly recommend.

Graeme was extremely efficient . When we had a problem with someone who had backed out at the last minute, he quickly made contact with someone he thought would be interested and it all went very smoothly and completed by June 30th !

Couldn't recommend Graeme and his team more highly. We always felt very comfortable with Graeme in our home, and were always made to feel that every part of the process was our choice (e.g. asking price, viewing times, etc). Mostly importantly, he sold our flat for above asking price within a week of it being on the market - at a highly competitive rate of commission. Would use again without hesitation.

Very good approach throughout the process, Graeme handled the sale with professionalism and calmness throughout. Would reccomend.

I am very happy I chose Brinkley's to sell my flat. Graeme was very realistic when evaluating the property and in only 2 weeks we got an offer. I was abroad during all the process but Graeme kept me updated on all issues. I would recommend Brinkley's 100%.

Graeme was absolutely brilliant and kept us up to date and informed throughout our sale in order to ensure that we met the stamp duty deadline. He was lovely to deal with and always dealt with any queries or concerns we had promptly.

They are the worst agency ever bunch of liars and money robbers , avoid, avoid, avoid
When we rented the property they did a interim report which is mention a lot of damage to the property was done by the landlord before we moved in , when we moved out they did a check out report they put a lot of the stuff which was mentioned as a damage from the landlord as we caused the damage just to charge us more money and mad us loose our deposit .

Had a very bad experience with Brinkley's. Would never use again. The lettings agent (Ben) lied to us about various things. E.g. when we looked round the property, next door had scaffolding up and building work going on. We asked Ben how long the works would be going on for and he said 4-6 weeks (I have email proof). We only found out after we moved in and spoke to the landlord that the works would actually be going on for months! The landlord specifically told Ben to tell us this and Ben told him he had and that it was fine as we didn't work from home - he never told us and we both work from home...
He also told me that we could pick up the keys a day earlier than we actually could so added a lot of extra stress last minute when we find out the night before that we couldn't. Plus we only received our contract the night before moving in.
Overall, very unprofessional and added extra stress to an already stressful event.
