The service receptionist was quite rude and did not explain the multi point checks correctly, causing distress on my part. They also tried to sell me aircon cleaning and fuel cleaning on a car with only 1500 miles on it, not really happy with that as it just seems to be money making rather than the particular service being required.

Cant fault the service here. Our previous car was written off so we needed a new vehicle asap. Joe in the sales team pulled out all the stops to have our new car delivered and ready to drive away just 16 days after we first walked into the showroom.

The staff at Brayleys are focused before the customer even enters the door. They are experiencing difficulties with sufficient car parking spaces for incoming clients, but having staff outside as customers arrive does mitigate this somewhat. The reception team were lovely to deal with, explaining the process and expected timelines. I received a call within the given timeframe giving us options on how we could proceed. The car was cleaned immaculately by their lovely valet.

Still waiting for a deposit refund. It was supposed to be paid back within five to seven working days from June 4. Thanks to their conveniently forgetting all about it, I have now incurred bank charges. They are quick enough to take your money, not so keen on handing it back though.

Staff are always very friendly and helpful. Great car service and car washed too. Plus, I got to try a full electric with the loan car . All good.

Made me feel very welcome, great knowledge no hard selling

I reserved an used car online, got a quick response from the sales team for the test drive. Nothing wrong with the sales approach.
At last, I made no purchase because it did not fit my expectation. I have been asking for the reservation refund since then, nothing has been concluded until now (more than 10 days); no email nor any confirmation at all.

With the recent rain we found an oil leak from my wife's Renault Captur on the drive. I called Brayleys Milton Keynes, they offered me mid July as the first appointment for someone to investigate it, but they also suggested i contacted the RAC to review it, as it wasn't worth risking any damage to the engine. I called the RAC Renault help line and they arrived after 40mins, after laying under the car, the RAC person found oil and said he would call a Renault garage to get it checked, both Milton Keynes and Bedford said no, so i had to take it to Northampton, the RAC brought me home and gave a number to call so i could get a lift to pick it up when it was ok to drive. Northampton were great, they reviewed the car within 24 hours and called me to say, when it was serviced last, that an oil overspill had occurred at the back of the engine and over time this had slowly found its way to the drive....but it was £162 to pay as this of course wasn't under warranty, i have informed Brayleys Milton Keynes of this and as yet i am waiting to get a reply!
I have been contacted by Brayleys, who apologized for the disappointing experience and agreed to reimburse me. Thank you.

Put my car in on 1/5 as the rear view camera wasn't working. Two mechanics looked at it when I booked it in the day before. It didnt work and they couldn't see why so said I had to book it in. I went on holiday 2/5 but was not contacted to let me know the progress. I asked my son to contact garage on 9/5 to find out the progress, they said there was nothing wrong with the camera it was working fine!....He picked it up for me. I will keep an eye on it

I would recommend Brayleys Renault for purchasing a vehicle! Joe ensured the entire process was seamless when answering queries and arranging test drives, not to mention the actual handover. I felt listened to and ensured I heard about all the options and services Brayleys had to offer, will definitely return in the future!

Good communications and excellent service at all times during my recent purchase of a Renault R5.

Tony Johnson was friendly and kept me informed every step of the way through buying, and of progress of my R5. He gave a very through hand over, explaining features of the car. Well done.

Kept informed on how the repair was going. Offered a replacement vehicle in case our car was not ready in time but in the end the job was completed so it wasn’t required.
