He progressed through the ranks, gaining experience at all levels over his 44-year career, and founded Brayleys in 2003. Needless to say, Paul knows the automotive industry inside out, and it’s his dynamic energy and no-compromise approach to customer focus that has enabled Brayleys to expand from its humble beginnings to the successful business of today. Paul strongly believes in bringing family values to the workplace, and Brayleys offers a friendly, caring, responsible and respectful service to all customers, enabling them to trust us with their motoring needs time and again. I am so pleased with the staff at Nissan they are a wonderful team, Vanessa and her colleague don’t know his name wonderful team offer you coffee and refreshments while you wait it’s all being refurbished in the showroom so pleasant and relaxing. The lighting is so warm and relaxing to enjoy while I deal with your situation I recommend the servicing you get there. I give them my 100% and the engineering teem all the team are there to meat the needs of us? Yes it may be a bit more expensive but when you are there we are all together. working for each other God has given us each one of us a gift to serve each other we can’t do it for nothing we have to pay something towards it so my words for Nissan team from the top to the bottom are absolutely wonderful. go take your vehicle there they will find out your problem and you will be placed with their service. I bought my car 10 months ago from Brayleys Wolverhampton, such an exciting experience my first time purchasing a car by myself, sales staff were brilliant not pushy just helpful and made the experience exciting, this time I visited was for my cars MOT again I couldn’t fault the staff, very accommodating and friendly. My appointment was on time and I got my vehicle back with an MOT very pleased with my appointment.
