It was very busy when we arrived but they still managed to have our car right in front of reception ready for a test drive. Very pleasant dealer who managed the paperwork really quickly and other nice touches like having a decent amount of petrol. Great experience.

From start to choosing car and collecting Jack Hancill made it easy. He explained everything we had to do , very knowledgeable nothing was too much trouble. He made getting a new car a very pleasant experienc. In fact Brayleys is an exceptional dealership.

Sales rep Zayne was very professional, courteous and friendly. He quickly identified my needs and after some discussion was able to offer a very generous and compelling part exchange deal which was accepted. A hiccup later occurred due to an error in the stock manifest from Nissan. However, Zayne went the extra mile to ensure that a new Qashqai with the correct spec was ready on the agreed collection date.

With reference to recent service and MOT (Tuesday 4th March).
Booking in, delivery of car was excellent.
Unfortunately, the car failed its MOT due to a F/offside suspension spring problem. I was told of this at 12.10 on the day. I was told the part was not in stock (acceptable) and that the delivery would arrive the next morning (5th March) excellent. I told them to continue with the Job.
The part did not arrive next day (Wednesday 5th) or the day after (Thursday the 6th). The part was eventually delivered the morning of the Friday 7th March. I had been advised that it was a delivery problem by Nissan Parts and there was nothing Brayley’s could do.
The job was completed (Friday 7th) and I collected the car round 3.30pm. I was grateful for Brayley’s prompt action on receipt of the part – Thank You.

I understand that Brayley’s cannot replace a part they do not have in stock but as I use a main Nissan dealership and pay the extra cost for doing so, I would not expect to be without a car for 4 days. This left a bitter feeling, any reply on this matter would be greatly appreciated.

We came in on the 15th Feb during your VIP weekend and met with Pawel we signed up to buying a new car, I mentioned to him that our car we were trading mot was due on the 5th March and I didn’t want to cover cost of that and also the deposit of £1500.
Pawel in front of both me and my wife said don’t worry we will cover the cost and if work is needed we will cover that.
I came in last Wednesday and was told car needs a new tyre and front brakes.
Pawel then told me he was unable to cover the cost but would pay for mot which I had already payed for on service schedule, I was given a bill for £96 as they didn’t do the brakes even though they were recommended as 90% worn so not sure how passed mot.
I understand that I would have payed for jobs snd mot if not buying new car but to be promised something then told something different didn’t sit well with me if I had have known this earlier I would have cancelled the car.
Maybe your salesman need to only promise what they can deliver.
