He progressed through the ranks, gaining experience at all levels over his 44-year career, and founded Brayleys in 2003. Needless to say, Paul knows the automotive industry inside out, and it’s his dynamic energy and no-compromise approach to customer focus that has enabled Brayleys to expand from its humble beginnings to the successful business of today. Jon was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable, and he ensured the whole process was fast and hassle free. I already know what car I wanted, and everything was sorted from start to finish in a couple of days. Very happy with my car, and the service I received from Jon and Brayley, and will definitely be recommending them to my friends and family.

Work needed at almost the value of the car
My 6 year old sportage needed parts replacing that compared to almost its entire second hand value. The service video provided didn't cover some of the advisory work that was listed.
Can't work out if it wasn't worth buying the car or Brayley were just too expensive for repairs. Getting a second opinion.

Extremely helpful staff
Every single member of staff I met at Kia Brayley in Harpenden was extremely helpful and welcoming. The Service check in was quick and efficient, and on my return to collect my car everything was explained clearly. It's unfortunate that the repair which needs to be made isn't covered by my warranty, and it's not cheap, but the video to show the condition of the car, tyres and relevant engine components and explain what needs repairing and why was really helpful; all garages should do this! Really good outside car clean too, thank you.

First annual basic service since buying a used KIA Niro Hybrid from Brayleys. The Service Team advised when the service was completed and ready for collection.

Highly recommend this company
Have used Brayley Harpenden for many years, for both buying and servicing vehicles. In all that time I’ve always felt confident Brayley’s offer competitive pricing and a friendly service.
