I went to Brayley Honda because a mechanic near me could not remove/change the spark plugs from my 2003 Honda Civic. This garage advised me to talk to a Honda repair specialist. I had trouble contacting Brayley Honda asked for a call back which never came. after repeated attempts I was put through to the wrong branch of Brayley Honda. I took my car in today and was advised that they did not want to even attempt to remove the spark plugs. They suggested if the plugs had seized and they broke Brayley Honda would have to send the head off to a specialist company. They suggested that I contact a company that specialised in seized plugs. I asked if they could recommend the company they would use so I could go to it directly. They had no names they could give me. The person dealing with me went off and googled two names one of which was across the road - but this new company does not deal with Hondas it manufactures parts for Ferrraris. I have to say that the whole approach by the person I was dealing with was that this was in his 'this is all too hard'. When I asked what the cost of removing a seized spark plug would be, he had no idea. I am very very disappointed and will not be using Brayley Honda again. Your staff were not rude, just very very unhelpful and uninterested in setting me in any direction which would help solve the problem that i had. This is on a car that has been serviced by Honda dealers most of its life!!! I expected better.

After visiting a few dealerships, Imran at Honda truly stood out. He offered the absolute best service—no pressure, no rush—just genuine care. He really listened to what I needed, explained everything clearly, and found the perfect car for me, within budget and ideal for my family.

The whole process was smooth and thoughtful. I work in education, and Imran made sure to contact me around my working hours and arranged the pickup for the weekend to fit my schedule. When I arrived, the car was spotless—inside and out—and the handover was quick and seamless.

A special shoutout from my 8-year-old, too—she was thrilled that Imran made her feel like she was the one picking out Mummy’s new car. She’s now convinced she’s my official car consultant (and honestly, so am I!).

I am very satisfied with my experience when part-exchanging my old car for a new Honda Jazz hybrid.

My test drives were accommodating and informational. My Sales Executive focused on the quality of the Honda car and, refreshingly, did not denigrate other makes.

I was given an anticipated delivery date and I received an interim confirmatory update.

Collection day went smoothly and I was given plenty of time to ask questions and familiarise myself with the new features and controls.

New car purchase was smooth and trouble free, collected from the dealer on the date agreed.

They were very helpful towards my needs being disabled I was very happy with my experience

Repair dealt with quickly and efficiently.

Friendly professional staff. I was kept informed during the day of how things were going, including a video clip of the inspection of my vehicle.
The vehicle was ready on time and within the price estimate. I will be back next year

My car was collected as usual by John after a phone call to say he was on his way. The garage kept me informed throughout and let me know when it was on its way back. John returned the car, cleaned inside and out.
What more could I have asked

Myself and my son went into the dealership this afternoon, hoping to buy a car. After looking around for 30 minutes, inside and out. I was looking for a car sales person to speak with and get more information on the car that I was interested in buying. No carsales person bothered to ask if I need any help. I approached a young lady at her desk who just put her finger up to me. I went and took a seat and waited for 45 minutes in the hope that I would at least be acknowledged. As I went to leave, a man who worked there asked a colleague to come and speak to me. Unfortunately I had, had enough by then of being ignored! I would not recommend this dealership as they are clearly not interested in good customer service. I left and will definitely not return.

Brayleys did an MOT, service, and a recall all in one day. They had a busy morning so I was delighted to get my car back.

I had my Motability car's MOT and service at Brayley Honda in Orpington in May. I cannot praise their staff highly enough for their excellent customer service, in particular the service manager Tony Billing. As Orpington is several miles from home I did not have the option o f dropping the car off and leaving it there. However, they have a very comfortable waiting area, with a pretty acceptable cup of coffee out of the machine and a TV, with a remote so customers can choose something to watch. What's not to like. One can also look through the full height glass wall into the service area and watch the car being attended to. The icing on my particular cake (apart from being looked after so well by Tony Billing) was that I got a spotlessly clean car back. I do not underestimate the effort it took to clean it both inside and out as there was still sand in the back seat from a trip to Scotland last year. I also have three grubby dogs who travel in car and I was waiting for better weather until I got round to cleaning it-who am I kidding, have it cleaned! Full marks Bradley's. Thank you🤗

From my initial test drive to purchasing a used car, and part exchanging my old car, the whole process was seamless. Alanah was friendly and helpful and is an asset to the team. She took the time to explain everything clearly and I never felt rushed or pressured. A great experience provided by Brayleys Honda, Orpington. Thank you!

I’m writing this review as a follow-up to the one I posted on Google three weeks ago, as I’ve still received no response or resolution from Brayleys Honda Orpington.

It has now been seven weeks since I purchased my vehicle, and I am still waiting for the service log book that was promised at the time of sale. Stuart, the sales manager, did not complete or even mention the handover checklist during the purchase. I was assured that the log book, with the manufacturer’s stamp, would be sent the following week. Despite multiple follow-ups, I have yet to receive it.

This has been a frustrating and disappointing experience and I would NOT recommend this car dealership to everyone.
