Had my car serviced which has for the last 5 years included a valet. Picked it up today and told they no longer valet cars but instead plant trees on your behalf. Very disappointed. There is little point having a main dealer service

Terrible lack of “service” from Brayley Honda. Had an appointment booked for approximately a month due to a recall notice, only to arrive and be told the part wasn’t there. Automated messages sent during the week running up to the appointment asking me to confirm booking for my car. No thought or compassion to my time they had wasted driving 40minutes across London for their incompetence and lack of systems. AI should take over more as the woman at the service desk did nothing a computer couldn’t have done. Apart from give me a patheic sorry. No solutions offered. Nothing. No service from the service dept representatives. Avoid them. They don’t care about their customers. Perhaps if they did, they could have made a courtesy call to apologise for the part not being on site and saved me money, time and huge frustration. And STILL with a RECALL REPAIR due. The 10seconds it took to check that the part was in/not, could have been done at the start of the day NOT left til the customer was sitting at the desk! Shocking lack of initiative, systems and just plain common sense!

They made you feel at ease as soon as you walked through the door, nothing was a problem alannah was very helpful

My praise goes to Alana at the Orpington showroom. Excellent communication throughout the part exchange of my Jazz for a new model. Always able to get hold of her on the phone, professional to deal with and friendly helpful disposition. This is my second dealing with this lady and won't hesitate to return in future.

An exceptionally poor experience from start to finish. I purchased a used Honda CRV. I mentioned when I first saw the vehicle that the engine bay was really dirty, "We will sort that for you sir".

I was informed that by way of redressing the aggravation they had caused me throughout the purchasing process that they would top the tank up with petrol. (Their generosity knows no bounds!)

I saw from the petrol gauge on the drive home that this had indeed been done, so when I got the chance I looked to see if they had cleaned the engine bay as they said they would do. they had not. At this point I thought it wise to go round the vehicle to check everything in more detail.

The rear wiper blade on this so called quality assured used vehicle was only attached by the centre section and the state of the filler cap area which they must have seen when they so begrudgingly put the petrol in, looked as though it had been left open and untouched for the last 8 years. They managed to put tyre dressing on though. Words fail me. This is a Honda main dealer, unbelievable!

When I first arrived at the showroom I was honest with the salesman (Imran) about my circumstances, being the full time carer for my wife who recently had a brain tumour removed. Just getting to a dealership required me to organise cover, so my time at the showroom was limited to check over a vehicle as I would like. I was informed that the CRV would be rechecked in case they had missed something and not to worry.

This honesty I now realise was a big mistake and was taken as a sign of weakness that could be exploited, allowing Brayley Cars to do the barest minimum they thought they could get away, which they duly did!

As per the title. I would rather have a wisdom tooth pulled than deal with Brayleys cars again. At least with the dentist you know the pain you are about to experience.
There was a whole litany of issues, including payment difficulties, being asked to sign blank documents, agreed meeting time with salesman at the company's convenience and choosing not met, handover not as one would expect. I spoke to management on the phone, result we will top the tank up with petrol.
Just hope I never have to use the one year warranty.

I felt personally looked after in relation to my car being attended too. The communication was relevant and timely, ensuring transparency throughout.

All the staff were so helpful and professional. I normally dread car service days as they are usually so stressful. But at Brayleys there was no stress - just nice people who wanted to help. I now have a new service plan which is very good value and I feel reassured that I have a garage I can rely on if I have any problems. A really good experience.

Sales person Alarna was courteous, friendly, patient and very knowledgeable.
Explained everything fully. She was not pushy or impatient when I changed my mind over a car she had driven over that morning.

Despite thinking we couldn’t afford a Honda, let alone a new Honda, Brayleys were able to sort us out a deal. They were able to work around our commitments with minimal impact to our busy family life and didn’t give us the ‘hard sell’.

Had my new car serviced. They were on time, friendly and polite, a very positive experience. Car was handed back washed and hoovered to a very high standard. Highly recommend Honda Orpington

I was provided with a detailed report of a number of issues with my car which i did not expect as i only dropped it off with an alarm Issue. It was very comprehensive and detailed, and even included a video. These checks have saved me a lot of money on possible future repairs. I will definitely be using this dealership / repair centre when i purchase my next Honda

Car was booked in for service and MOT. Easy to book in, kept updated on progress of service and contacted with a time to collect the car. Friendly staff, a good experience.

So it was very easy to book the service online. I turned up at Brayleys to a warm welcome the service receptionist was friendly and fast in taking the keys and sorting the paperwork. The office was clean and the staff friendly. I was called later in the day and returned to pick up my car which he ad been serviced and valeted
