Brayleys Cars - Brayley Honda Orpington Anmeldelser 

I ended up at Brayleys after my local Honda dealer in Croydon (who I'd used for decades) disappeared overnight. Nothing local so headed off to St Mary Cray (where I thought?) and Brayleys have been great. Nearby fast train links into Bromley/London or out to Sevenoaks and efficient, friendly service.

My car was booked in for an MOT & replacement of a corroded, metal coolant pipe that was found during a service in December 2025.
The work was carried out out quickly & efficiently while I waited.
My only negative comment is that when the repair was booked in, in January I was advised someone would get back to me with the cost of the repair. They didn’t. I spoke to someone two weeks before the appointment & was advised again that I would be contacted. It didn’t happen.

I was asked to give a 5 star review which speaks for itself!
I dropped my car off at 8am as requested for a service and MOT. Disappointingly my car was not ready to pick up until nearly 5pm. On checking the car in I agreed to additionally have the fuel system flushed out and the air con re-pressurised. The former was carried out but it looks like the air con was not touched (I was not charged for it). Also, with previous services the car had been washed. This time it wasn't - when I mentioned this I was told that this was for environmental reasons and that instead of washing a car they now planted a tree (apparently I should have been told about this!). I wonder (cynically) where my tree is planted.

Great service from Brayleys as usual. I've had several vehicles over past 20yrs. Loving the relaxing drive of new hybrid Civic. (Bit of a shock considering previous car was a Type R!)

Hard to quantify. Initially the experience was good. There are some major areas where Brayleys need to be more open and expansive about additional costs that are included within the transaction price. The Branch Manager and I discussed this today, so hopefully those concerns will be addressed

The service staff were friendly, polite, informative and knowledgeable. I took my car to Bradley's the esrly evening before and they started work that day. I received a video that evening of the condition of the car underneath and the condition of the tyres. Just after 9.00 AM on Wednesday Bradley's called to say that work was completed and all was well. Wow!!
When collecting my car Emma took me through the work done and confirmed that there were no MoT advisories. I will certainly continue to use Bradley's again.

Had to wait for a while to be seen by a salesperson due to staff shortage with sickness and on the verge of leaving but stumbled on a car in the forecourt I liked the look of. Went back inside and had another bit of a wait but eventually had a brilliant salesman in George. Great knowledge, great personality, I bought the car and would definitely buy from Brayleys again.

Signed up for plan with the understanding the car would be picked up and returned - that was not the case. Usually it has a wash and hoover - that didn’t happen. Cannot understand video - talks far too quickly.

Car delivered at 8am for service and MOT and was available for collection at 11.15am having also being cleaned, fantastic service.

Thank you Simon for making it possible to purchase my dream car which yes wasn’t a Honda Civic Type R but an equally amazing car the GR Yaris.
The drive home was wet but it didn’t disappoint.
The Team at Brayleys are like a family and they are all really happy to make your experience first class.

Really easy to book car in did a while you wait service and Mot. Keep me up to date in progress and done in time scale they predicted if no work needed.

Excellent customer service - suggested works; gave health update on vehicle advised by phone as soon as the car was ready - where it was located and all paperwork prepared

The staff are very helpful and polite the service and mot was carried out quickly.
