The customer service advisor was very helpful and made sure that our serice and MOT was Carried out efficiently and effectively. Nothing was to much trouble. The only gripe is that a car wash is not now included on the stated basis of saving the planet which in reality only means it's done somewhere else. Cost saving in disguise?

Ready for me at 9am. Kept in touch during the day and proposed extra work which I was very keen to have— and accepted.

I’ve had an extremely disappointing experience with Brayley Hendon. My car developed a leak in the sunroof, and the entire process since then has been a mess. I was told I’d have to wait one month just to get a repair appointment, and once I finally brought the car in, it sat there for five days because “the technician was off.” After all that waiting, they informed me that the rubber seal that needs replacing is out of stock, and the manufacturer can’t even give them a date for when it will be available.
To make matters worse, they won’t keep my car in a sheltered area, despite the fact that it has an active leak, and they’ve made it clear they won’t take responsibility for any water damage that happens while I wait for parts. Their only “solution” was to tell me to contact the manufacturer myself—something I would expect the dealer to handle, not the customer.
This entire experience has been unprofessional, unhelpful, and incredibly frustrating. I’m left with a leaking car, no timeline, no support, and no accountability from the dealership. I would strongly caution anyone considering using their service department, or even buying a car from them.

arrived at 9.00am as asked to deliver my car for a service and MoT. Job completed at 5pm. This entailed me wasting the better part of a day. No information as to the progress other than 'should be ready soon'.
Even the usual car wash service has been abandoned, poor customer service overall.

Serviced, paid the extra £40 for air con and was there the whole day. They couldn’t even be bothered to wash the car as they usually do and should do!

Booking was a slightly longer process than need be and could have been automated. Staff didn’t try and accommodate requirements on the day but did get job finished earlier than expected. Took off a Star because of ridiculous policY not to wash cars anymore because of ecological reasons but were more than happy to have disposable cups and single use plastic in the complimentary drinks area. Feels like a convenient excuse to save costs and considering that spent almost £600 with them thought they could clean the car as a courtesy. Not what I expected from a main dealer TBH.

Booked in for my annual service and MOT easily - helpful and courteous throughout.

The service desk staff are friendly and helpful but I am so disappointed that, after 20 years of visits, car is no longer returned cleaned, to save water!

Robert from Brayleys Hendon is great. He had a ton of patience and was always responsive to my millions of questions. I’m thrilled with my new Honda

10/10 as always from the team at Brayleys . Have been a regular customer at what was Honda Hendon for over 10years . The team are always warm, welcoming and friendly. Have moved out of London but still take the car to this dealership for service and MOT- because I trust them !

We bought the car recently and noticed a slow puncture. They happened to fix it without any cost to us. I hope it works.

Paul who took my car was friendly, informative and helpful. The service was completed by the time promised and I was given a full briefing on the health check. It was positive that it was also Paul who gave me back the car
The only BIG disappointment was the fact that the car had not been valeted and washed. That’s not showing that Brayley’s care about the customer experience

When I bought my car in March 2025 I experienced problems with it. I was offered a free service and was told the car would be collected and returned. However come January 2026 I was told collection was not done now so I needed to take the car but I would get a curtesy car. I tried to collect the car later that day but the traffic was horrendous so it was agreed I could collect the following day Saturday morning which I did. As I drove away a warning light came up but no point in going back to Brayleys as the service centre wasn’t open.
I phoned on Monday and the receptionist was very apologetic and I was told the warning was about the batteries in the fob was low and to go back into Brayleys. I couldn’t see a way of opening the fob so had no choice but to go back to get it sorted.
The parts dept were very helpful but I understand this should have been checked and I probably could have sorted the problem myself.

Very efficient service and knowledgeable helpful staff. Was surprised that the company have decided not to wash the cars anymore. It would have been useful to know this in advance as I was planning on taking the car for a quote from the body shop after the service and was expecting it to be clean.

I can honestly say that the whole experience has been excellent. I was looked after by Ram, who was very professional, friendly and polite. Looking forward to picking up my new car in a few days

Honda Brayleys Bushey give excellent service, very helpful and informative on everything going on with the car. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
