"ty" from branded promised to deliver my request of manufacturing 100 hoodies for me. 3.5 months has now passed and i have received absolutely nothing. have been promised a refund for a month and had 0 updates. has blocked my number, email and is not replying. genuinely the worst company i have ever worked with. a straight up scam. now getting solicitors involved. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
over £3000 scammed. solicitor being involved.

Branded Plain Branded By G Made In Pakistan We Source Products Source Ship Sell, Samuel & Ty are scam artists when I tried to contact them via Instagram Ty blocked my account and Wesourceproducts on Instagram turned off his comments and deleted posts and comments where people had reported they was scammed, but too late already screenshotted all the posts and comments before he deleted them and forwarded them to NFIB & National crime agency, you can clearly see by their actions of deleting comments that they are scamming people, Ty and Samuel you are scamming people through multiple companies which various governing bodies have copies of I advise every single person who have been scammed by this company to contact action fraud so we can all get our 1000s back.

Under The Fraud Act 2006 Section 10 You are liable to be prosecuted as you have committed a criminal offence.

Ty and his “other companies” have now blocked me on Instagram to prevent me warning others, if Samuel and Ty had refunded the clients he scammed this wouldn’t have came to this now you’ve all committed a criminal offence and let the relevant authorities prosecute you.

Absolutely awful customer services. Order numbers dont work or tracking information so you can’t request a return through their site. After messaging repeatedly finially someone gave me a email address, returned 2 pairs of leggings that was really poor quality. Still have not recieved my refund after a week of them receiving them. Seems like a massive scam going on as i am now expecting them to say they haven't recieved them even though it was signed for and a picture taken of them being handed over. Avoid

I also blame Google because I typed in air up. Came upon what looked like a genuine website. Ordered.
It's only now looking at the billing information that I have typed in this company name. I will be reporting.

Firstly I’d like to say we are new to the clothing game, but branded (Ty) has been nothing but helpful for us offering us advice and solutions to some of our problems. I can’t complain at all, I don’t know why he’s got so much negativity on the comments, baffles me as our experience has been great so far.
We have already had a successful cap customisation order from branded which was a great experience easy to deal with and at first the design wasn’t as we asked he put it right no complaints.
We have just ordered a batch of T-shirts which I’m yet to thoroughly check through but I’m pretty certain there will be bang on.! Will be using again and again as he’s gained our trust.
Also Ty’s response time on Instagram is also key to building a good working relationship with us been new to the game it helps massively

Really good customer service, I had sizing issues and had to return and they even let me do 2 returns. Quality is really good when you compare it to similar price range of H&M hoodies.

Absolutely horrendous. Delivery was fair but the quality of the hoodies was so bad that I gave them away to charity shops. The fit and the material was no where near what was advertised and the price of shipping was questionable in its self. Too bad I didn’t read reviews before hand. Waste of £30. Definitely do not recommend to anyone; I don’t even know how they had people to advertise their products. Full on scam!

What a joke of a company.
bought 40 printed hoodies of them. half didnt arrive in the first place, then when they did arrive the print was upside down on half of them.

They then agreed to replace them but ended up sending hoodies of a much lesser quality and the wrong font for our print on the front now.

*Several emails had been sent after that with out any reply until this review also.

Awful clothing . Wrong shape , sleeves way too short for size of hoodie . Won’t be using again.

I recently ordered a top for my son, quality was awful. Return Process -
Their return website page did not recognise my order number. I tried to call. Goes to a mobile and then do not answer. Emailed and the response was post back at your own expense. Posted tracked and was signed for on the 13th April. No refund. No email to advise received. Can't contact by phone as mobile does not answer..... I have now made a claim through my credit card company. DO NOT USE... WHAT A TERRIBLE COMPANY AND NOW I HAVE READ REVIEWS TODAY I WISH I HAD READ THEM BEFORE...... BEWARE!!!!!!! DODGY.

I ordered an oversized sweatshirt, they sent me the incorrect item. I contacted them on sending the correct item, where they failed to respond multiple times, then when they did, refused to send the correct item over, even after proof that the incorrect item had been sent.

This has also happened to a friend of mine.

Extremely disappointing service.

We worked with many wholesalers from different countries but this is by far the worst service provided.

They take your money and then stop replying to you or your emails and phone calls.

we had stock has gone missing, as well as bad stitching work.

I can bet any money the good reviews are made by his family and friends.

on google there is even more bad reviews and they sound exactly the same as my experience.

I strongly advice you not to purchase from this company it as absolutely terrible. Quality of clothing sucks, I ordered a shirt and it had a brown stain on it. Been fighting to get my money back

Great service and communication, we planned to release a small collection of caps for our small clothing brand ready for the festival season and they’re just what we wanted; embroidery looks clean, came in a very reasonable time as we had a deadline of mid August (invoice payed on the 3rd of July and they were delivered on the 27th) which is great as we can now get all the marketing and promo photos done without any rushing or stress. Definitely will be using them again, just hope I get a repeat of this service as it was great!

Great experience from the initial DM on instagram! Constant communication via emails and visits planned to go to the warehouse. T-shirts are great quality and a very good prints.
Will definitely be using again in the near future.
