I'm leaving this review after giving this company a lot of chances, extra time and patience but now feel they are just taking the ****.

1 star may seem harsh, but if i'm leaving a truthful review I would say its fair and I would not recommend dealing with this guy. I've given him opportunity to respond, update me and to supply the goods even after a huge delay but still nothing. Tai seems like a nice guy, ambitious but out of his depth and unprofessional with the worse communication experience I have ever known. Would have been easier going direct to China with a dictionary!

Communication wasn't great to begin with, pro forma payment, invoiced from a different company name - Gregoire Services. Once payment was made communication deteriorated further and needed a lot of chasing up!!

I was promised samples first and then once approved I would receive the order in around 5 weeks. I was prepared to wait a bit longer but 6 months later I've given up hope and resided to the fact i've been ripped off. I initially ordered 6 designs/colours in February then added a 7th design in March.

I ordered 7 styles of caps in total, 50 of each style. I expected samples to first approve and then they would go into production. On the 10th May, 3 months after my initial payment I received a response from Tai confirming the samples had arrived and that he would call me. He did call and explained that there had been a mistake and instead of receiving the 7 samples they had received 350 caps in one style (the 7th one I added in March)! Not ideal but Tai promised the other 6 samples would be with him soon and the other 300 caps in 6 styles should be there within 2 weeks by the end of May and that I could have the extra 300 caps for just the shipping charge of around $1 USD per cap. I thought this was fair and I now had 300 extra caps i could use for promo purposes seeing as they were only going to cost me $1! Or so I thought...

I sent Tai my delivery address on the 11th of May and waited for delivery, more chasing, more unanswered calls and emails but eventually the 350 caps in the same style arrived on the 27th May! The shape isn't great, quality is decent enough, inner label missing but generally ok, not premium though...the shape is a bit weird and cheap.

It's now August and there has been no further update from Tai/ Gregoire / Branded by G / Branded Ltd / Branded Plain Clothes. I've tried calling and received texts to say he'd update me in 30 minutes but no update has come. Mid July I text and emailed to say I wanted an update by the end of July as a deadline, nothing came, no reply by text or email. I've now resided to the fact they are not coming and I've been had! I should have known better, the warning signs were there from the start.

Overall its been a tiring and time consuming experience dealing with this Tai (seemingly operating under various company names). Not professional in the slightest, they've basically got some contacts at cheap factories in china etc and portray they are bigger / more established and professional than they are. Out of their depth and make false promises. I will explore legal action, but with them invoicing from a different company it might be tricky. Will see.
