I have ordered a few times and have never been disappointed in the quality of the jumpers, they don’t fade or bobble in the wash and is always delivered quickly.

Great service website was easy to use and navigate

I have been waiting for nearly 1 year for work to be done. No reply to emails or phones calls. This is a scam. I will be getting my lawyers involved as this is now seriously becoming stupendous. Ty has taken my money with nothing in return. He is a thief DO NOT USE.

Product arrived broken and granted they have replaced.
Haven’t sent payment link, then threatening legal action with no contact…

Scammers. Order never arrived.

Received an order from Branded, but would like to return the item for a full refund.

Like other reviews have said, the returns process on their website does not work. The site does not accept the order ID or tracking number to even begin requesting a return.

Phone number is set up not to be accessible whatsoever, while they also avoid emails and any customer confrontation.

STEER CLEAR.

Ordered goods beginning December. Never arrived. Been emailing and phoning since. No response whatsoever. Don’t touch the company. Finally on 10 January the goods were dispatched and received after daily emails sent by me harassing them. Never again.

The worst clothing brand I’ve ever had to endure. firstly, they sent me an item which was faulty and was discoloured. Then promised me that they would send a replacement which they never did. The customer care is out appalling as they do not respond and completely sassy once they do. Literally wouldn’t trust them to run a bath!!!!!!! DO NOT BUY !!!!!

Avoid like the plague - absolutely terrible customer service, trying to get in contact with anyone other than an automated live chat is impossible.

Ordered some clothes almost a month ago no sign, tracking number with DPD doesn’t work.

Haven’t even received the products yet but just on the service alone I won’t ever be using this company again.

Spent £50 on a order, it never arrived. Tracking doesn’t work, and i’ve emailed, phoned, DM’d and messaged them and absolutely no reply. Steer clear.

1 star is generous. I placed an order in January and was promised the order would be ready in 4 weeks from then. After chasing them up for months, I finally got my order in May that year, 4 months after I placed the order. When the order arrived, the entire print was the incorrect measurements and there were oil stains and rips on some of the hoodies/bottoms. I had emailed the company with all the issues in a well laid out document and had been open to coming to any sort of resolution considering the fact that the entire order was not only late but also not anything like the tech pack they made themselves. I had been in contact with the company since May (when my order arrived) about a resolution but I had been constantly left on read or just ignored for days/weeks at a time. They said they could only give a refund if I return the damaged pieces then went back on their word and rescinded that offer when I offered to give the damaged garments back. Absolutely awful customer service and I wouldn’t wish the issues this company brings on anyone else. Please do not order from this company.

Unfortunately after a year of fighting for a refund Ty & Sam still block emails, it’s strange within 2 months of confronting Ty of the scam he was running he dissolves his company (takes 2 months for a company to dissolve via companies house) which would make it less than 24 hours after I confronted him about the scam when he put in to dissolve his company. unfortunately for Ty I reported him to various agencies who informed me they just need him or Sam to dissolve one of their companies for them to have enough evidence to prosecute

You and Sam scammed me thinking I was just another “customer” but I work within the justice system and been building a case for months against you both, you see free money so you will scam anybody not realising that some people you’ve scammed work within various government agencies that deal with fraudsters everyday.

To the people that have been scammed I hope you get your money back but contact action fraud, NCA & Trading standards as Ty and associates are known to them.

Ty I wouldn’t bother replying claiming you don’t know Sam or it’s a different business but you CO-Own the business that scammed me also I didn’t find the threatening phone calls I received last time either, I’ve gave you both another chance to refund what was owed and you blocked me and deleted your Instagram now dissolved your company.

They appear to have gone bust but the website is still up. If you look at companies House they are showing as dissolved...

Wouldn’t even give one star! These people are number ONE SCAMMERS if you want to loose your money and never receive your hood then go to them

The masterclass was amazing. I was able to network with like-minded people and companies, that were able to give great gems about the industry. Definitely recommend this masterclass to anyone who is wanting to start a clothing company.
