excellent customer service, can't wait to receive my order!

Thoroughly recommend- I was directed to them via a third party after my original supplier went suddenly to 4-5 month delivery times - communication was good and efficient though they didn’t seem to want to speak on the phone. Everything was ordered and agreed even though payment had to be by bank transfer so no VISA support if things went wrong- but everything went brilliant and the cups were delivered ahead of the agreed timeframe, thanks Guys :)

Great service, fast delivery and designed accordingly to what I needed!

The customer service was excellent. We had a very tight time frame and the cups came in great condition and well within the time frame. The team are also super friendly. Will be using again!

Fantastic service from start to finish. Excellent product range. Staff very helpful would definitely use again

Great service, very competitive price with unrivalled quality, genuinely very happy with the products and professionalism from this company. Hopefully we can work together once again in the future.

Absolutely amazing service. I’ve purchased large orders twice now and it’s been flawless both times.

Great communication, great product, fast delivery.

Couldn’t ask for more

Branded Cups were extremely helpful and quick to respond from the point of our our first communication! They were able to accommodate our job fairly last minute and delivered a high quality product that was perfect for our event needs. Would definitely work with them again and recommend to others.

Fantastic service and wonderful quality product. The cups looked great in full colour & went down a storm with everyone that used them. Thanks guys :-)

Excellent service, very good communication and a great quality product. We were all very pleased.

Our third order for Branded Cups and again they delivered superbly. We run a Charity Event in Cookham Dean, Berkshire and moved to Branded Cups three years ago. Ordering is simple, the product and printing are great and they delivered well in time for our event. We will be using them again for sure.

First time customer - service and communication excellent.

The quality of the cups is extremely good you can't get better quality then this
Staff was very helpful

This is case where this review could have been so different had it not been for the amazing customer service from these guys.
I had ordered cups for a festival
and phoned to check if they had been dispatched. I had a phone call back from Peter to take total
responsibility for the slip up between ordering and production. Not once did he try to shift the blame but instead went all out to ensure the show went on.
Just over 48 hours from my phone call the cups were delivered to my door. How’s that for service?
They were just what we wanted with our own design and suited our needs perfectly.
Sadly Peter couldn’t fix the weather which in true festival style poured all day long!
Cheers Branded Cups!

The team at branded cups were excellent all the way through the process, including advice on tweaking our design to make sure the printing would be the best possible quality. The cups were delivered well before our agreed deadline, and the quality of the cups and screen printing is awesome. I'll definitely be back to use Branded Cups for our next beer festival.
