Only half worked
One large duck was great, but only two of the four small ones lit up. The kids didn't mind too much but I was disappointed.

Great Service
Great Service. I needed over 100 ducks by the next day. When I called up to ask if this was possible they were very lovely, put my order as a priority and I had the ducks by the next morning! The ducks were also great quality and I would order again.

Wedding Ducks
The website was easy to use, found the perfect, yet silly wedding present for a Bride and Groom who collect rubber ducks. Arrived quickly within 2 days of ordering. And the Bride and Groom love their new wedding ducks.

Great duck and customer service
Love the mini duck and it arrived promptly. The courier send an inaccurate delivery confirmation which had caused me concern but JustDucks responded promptly, checked and reassured that all was as in hand.

A very good experience
After receiving an incorrect duck, the correct one was sent out very quickly with no extra hassle to me. The Plague duckter duck is brilliant. Perfectly painted and well made. Thank you.

The duck I received was like a dog toy, a squeaky very flimsy duck, I emailed to request a refund and have been ignored and not had a response

Sorry to hear that you weren't happy with the duck, it was a Lanco duck which are described as a very different duck made of latex as apposed to Phthalate free PVC (the usual duck material). These are for people who want something a bit different or have a preference to a different material. Glad we located your email and issued the refund for you
