Branded Cups Anmeldelser

The delivery was on time and the cups were a HUGE success at the festival themed 21st party!!! They can be reused and were very hardy!! So cool to have personalised party cups!!

Everything was excellent: customer interactions, pricing, service, printing, delivery.
Would definitely use again.

Great, I do recommend !

Really competitive pricing. Excellent service. Cups were great. Will be using them again.

Great communication from the company after courier damaged box

Good company to work with. Can be frustrating when you have to speak to multiple individuals. Best to maintain one point of contact throughout when possible. It would also have been helpful to speak directly with the production/print department when needed.

From the point of design through to order and having received our festival cups today we cannot thank you enough!

Great quality cups and great delivery time. Thank you so much, we will absolutely be ordering from you again in the future!

Very fast turnaround and easy to deal with. Artwork was approved within a couple of days of getting in touch and my order arrived bang on time.
Really pleased with the quality of the cups, very sturdy and the artwork looks brilliant.
Competitively priced, excellent customer service. Wish all businesses were as good.

Professional and speedy service. We ordered personalised cups for our wedding and were really happy with the results. Thank you happy cups!

Great swift service, thank you. We love the cups

Having seen this brand of cups at my friends festival and just had to create my own for my business Scruffythomas. The process of designing was easy for me because I used my logo, keeping it simple with just black colour so you can see the beer inside and the logo would standout. The communication of proofing was quick; the cups were made and delivered in the time stated, the results were awesome. I could not have. Asked for more. I will be purchasing more of the same cups. Thank you “Branded Cups”. Great job, Neil

The cups are beautiful, really lovely printing quality.
I had a problem with not having received them (DPD fault not theirs) and they replied to emails instantly even on a Saturday until the problem was sorted, full marks for customer service as well as quality.
Only improvement would have been letting me know when they had been posted and a tracking number.

Great turnaround, good quality cups and Made in the UK. What a bonus.

Amazing customer service, quick replies.

Amazing quick turnaround. Thank you for meeting my very tight deadline. Cups look fantastic and will certainly order again

Not only were our cups awesome but the level of service and support we got from the team was outstanding, so helpful and prompt, pulled out all the stops to make sure our cups got here on time. Our guests loved the cups, heartily recommend!
