I don't recommend this bank

I don't recommend this bank, the bank app is down all the time, the customer hotline center doesn't answer your call, i just spent 10€ and waited 20 mins on the phone until my international call credit gone to 0. Don't go to this bank.

My experience in BPI

This bank is good but in terms of services of there online banking / access is so worst based on my experience. I’ve tried to access on my VYBE wallet account but I can’t cause invalid pin. But when I forget my pin they send me a new code but still invalid. It’s useless cause you can’t even use your wallet account..

And also, they email me on my last account number many years ago. And I have a new card account number that which they give me. Which is weird for me.. I hope that the BPI will see our compliance’s and improve there services for there customers

Not accurate

Na holdup ako a few months ago then after situation I called Customer Service and they said no any transaction between that time up until now but surprisingly may transaction pala. How come na hindi nya alam na may transaction that time, anong system ang mayron si BPI? Bakit hindi accurate yung sinabi ni CS? And then paki improved yung choice of words nyo sa mga client nyo and be honest.

Hope BPI takes customer feedback seriously and works on improving their service. A 2-hour wait at BPI Session Road branch was unacceptable. Time to reconsider my banking options?

Never trust this bank for your incoming…

Never trust this bank for your incoming remittance. They will tell you that the problem is from the remitting bank but for more than a year, I have experienced delay from their side. No help from their end, all I can do is wait when they want to reflect the remitted amount on my account. So many delayed payments that incurred additional charges because of the lack of urgency from their part.

Ive been using BPI since i started my…

Ive been using BPI since i started my career, and 4 times had i experienced fraud, 4 times of questionable transactions. Plus my parents also invested 250K and turned out to be just 269K after 5 years LOL BPI is a total scam, untrustworthy fraudulent bank. Dont bank your money in BPI unless you want to loose money.

I would like to commend Ms Sheryl Tugay Avila

I would like to commend Ms. Sheryl Tugay Avila for her superb customer service during my many visits to BPI Valley 1 Sucat branch. Infact they are all very kind in that Branch from their head to the Security, i must say. From the moment I arrived, was
greeted warmly and handled my concerns with genuine professionalism, patience, and efficiency. Be it in person or on mobile. Some of them has been transferred like Cass but these ladies are a star!

Ms. Sheryl on the other hand went above and beyond to ensure that my transaction was processed smoothly, taking the time to explain every detail and answer all my questions thoroughly. Her approachable demeanor and proactive assistance truly made a difference in my experience.

It’s rare to encounter someone so dedicated and customer-focused, and I believe BPI is fortunate to have her on the team. I hope her outstanding service is recognized and appreciated.

Thank you, Ms. Sheryl, for making banking a pleasant experience!

TOOK 17 years (!) to contact us!

WHY WAS ELDERLY MOM'S $ ACCOUNT NEVER FOLLOWED UP ON WHEN THERE WAS BO RESPONSE SINCE 2008??
THEN ALL OF A SUDDEN WE WERE CONTACTED AFTER 17 LONGGG YEARS????
(Mom transferred residence but we believe that she opened another BPI account using her new address in 2010...)

WHY DIDN'T YOU HAVE A SYSTEM THAT SHOULD HAVE ALERTED WHOSOEVER HANDLES ACCOUNTS WHERE THE ACCOUNT HOLDER CAN'T BE CONTACTED ANYMORE?)

dont know why my password changed

dont know why my password changed? when i tried to reset not user friendly when i tap my date of birth not responsive at all. I am just going back not accepting changes also to update my phone number is the same. I am senior but i still know how to comprehend instructions.

The worst customer service I ever had…

The worst customer service I ever had to deal with.Both the agent and the manager were equally unhelpful, no empathy, condescending, and totally dismissive. I had an emergency situation and I couldn’t withdraw or transfer money because of some issues so I sought their assistance. Instead what I got was the run arounds, the lack of support, the dismissive treatment, the sarcasm.

Worst BPI Queuing system

Worst BPI P. Burgos St. Sta Cruz Laguna. Walang kwenta ang queuing system nyo, ang tagal kong naghihintay tawagin ng number hindi tinawag, ilang oras ako naghihintay nalampasan na yung number tapos sasabihin nyo tinawag na. Nakatutok ako sa screen kaya alam ko kung tinawag or hindi! wala talaga pagbabago yang branch nyo bulok parin serbisyo nyo. at ang dumi ng branch nyo wala man lang ba naglilinis dyan sa loob grabe yung dumi para kayong hindi banko.

BPI tellers need customer service…

BPI tellers need customer service training. I felt like they distrust me making dollar Account deposit. It's like I was begging to be served. Then, there is this Digital machine asking if I need another transaction. I input my peso account to withdraw. I thought it would be easier since I was already in the window. But, no! In addition to painlessly inputting the Peso account number and withdraw amount, she asked for a withdrawal slip. In disgust, I said I'll just go to the ATM. The ATM was out of order...Just like the teller and BGC Infinity BPI branch. TY!

wont deposit our money to our account

Why do we have to jump hoops to deposit OUR money to OUR account because of a preposition? Why is an email from me and my husband who are overseas NOT ENOUGH evidence that we want our money to be deposited to that specific account. You should add that limititation in your terms and conditions, that we cannot deposit an AND cheque to an OR account because you are making it impossible for us residing overseas, who did not know you are impossible.
