Just a terrible overall experience
Just a terrible overall experience with Customer Service returning defective dumbbells going back-and-forth 90 times only get a $200 voucher. Very disappointing and terrible overall communication.

Terrible experience
Terrible experience. They never even bothered to call us when they needed to verify some information. Then, when we finally discovered that the order wasn't shipped, we called the company, but customer service representative we spoke with refused to help us. They took our name a number and finally, someone called Nicole, called us back. Nicole was ruder and very elusive, and was reluctant to help. We had no idea why she called either. Then, a week later, we received an email from Zendesk telling us to read messages that Nicole left for us, but we couldn't read those messages. When we called the company again, we were talked that the order wasn't scheduled for delivery at all and the person we spoke with, Pali, had no idea why. He asked us to place another order. This was by far the most unpleasant and frustrating experience we've experienced for the past 10 years, if not longer. So many people we spoke with didn't care and were simply unwilling to help.
