A very positive experience
Every step of the hearing test and the pros and cons of different hearing aids were fully explained. I feel confident in using my newly acquired hearing aids and know where to go to for advice should I need it.

Amazing customer service with genuine empathy and considerate approach
I wanted to email to share my praise for the impeccable level of customer service that Mahnoor provided to me today at my hearing appointment.
The care and time that Mahnoor took today was truly appreciated. She explained everything in so much detail. Honestly the way she explained everything was so helpful and the first time anyone has actually taken the time to do so. I was comfortable and all my questions were clearly answered.
Please can this feedback be shared with the senior management at the Bedford, Boots hearing centre in the store and the store management as she really deserves recognition for the empathy can care she has for customers.
I am pleased to say I'll be getting a new pair of hearing aids on Friday and thanks to Mahnoor and her help I'll be more confident again
