Bought an air fryer from B&M, Blaupunkt model 382131.
After 3 months it just set fire to itself.
Luckily I was there to unplug, move and put outside.

Wir haben vor genau 3,5 Jahren eine neue Küche mit BP Backofen und BP Abzugshaube gekauft.Beim Backofen kippt die Tür jetzt nach vorne, die Scharniere sind ausgeliefert,die Abzugshaube, lässt sich über das Display nicht mehr zuschalten, das elektronische Bauteil dahinter hat wohl den Geist aufgegeben. 3,5 Jahre,nicht sehr oft benutzt, und dann schon solche Mängel?Von Deutscher Wertarbeit kann man da wohl nicht reden.BP hab ich das letzte mal ,im Leben gekauft. Dazu kommt jetzt ein total Inkompeter Kundenservice, der es bis heute nicht schafft, hier mal vorbeikommen. Ich hab denn Kaffee auf ,nie wieder BP

Service unterirdisch

50 Zoll TV nach 3 Monaten defekt. Garantiefall gemeldet. Mehrmalige Nachfragen über Händler und mich nötig, bis sich Fa. Blaupunkt nach 4 Wochen erstmalig gemeldet hat.

TV abgeholt und repariert. Dauerte wieder 4 Wochen. Garantiefall am 30.06. gemeldet, instand gesetztes Gerät am 30.08. erhalten. WIEDER DEFEKT.

Diesmal Transportschaden. Nicht versendet per Spedition, sondern mit DHL Postauto (mal weiß ja, wie hier teilweise mit den Paketen umgegangen wird).

01.09. ging das Gerät wieder zurück an den Blaupunkt-Servicepartner. Trotz mehrmaliger Nachfragen per E-Mail 12 Tage KEINE Rückmeldung ob TV angekommen ist, wie es nun weiter geht, oder sonst eine Reaktion seitens Blaupunkt. Erst nach Drohung mit Verbraucherschutz und Rechtsanwalt "fragt man mal bei DHL nach".

2 1/2 Monate laufe ich einem defekten TV hinterher. An Peinlichkeit nicht mehr zu überbieten.

NIE WIEDER BLAUPUNKT

As far as we go, the pressure washer is good, and so is my hoover. However user's manual is really bad, unclear and incomplete. YouTube or online documentation inexistent. customer service forget about.

Mal weckt mich der Wecker, mal weckt er nicht. Meistens ist es so das es zwei Wochen nicht funktioniert, und es dann auf einmal doch wieder funktioniert. Ich habe alle Einstellungen kontrolliert, und mich stundenlang mit dem Wecker auseinandergesetzt. Immer wieder funktioniert der Wecker nicht und weckt einfach nicht, beziehungsweise gibt keinen Ton von sich ab. Leider sehr schade! Deshalb leider nur ein Stern.

I bought a Blaupunkt hot air fryer model 352585 from BM in Penrith 10 months ago, and I love it. I love the fact that it’s got two dials instead of an electronic screen, it makes it so easy to time the cooking, and the temperature dial seems really accurate and responsive. I love the fact that I can do almost anything in it: Heat ready meals, cook salmon, wrapped chicken breast in foil, and of course fry stuff. The only failure I had was trying to bake cookies which didn’t go well-unsurprisingly. The machine is light which means it can be stored easily. The manual is in English and covers just the one model which is really refreshing. I’ve used it almost every day in the past 10 months and it’s going strong.

MINNA Lasten- Faltfahrrad:
Hatte zuvor den Van Raam Easy Rider mit Starrrahmen. Der Anfang mit MINNA war erst ungewöhnlich, wegen der Flexibilität. Mit der Sicherheit, dass sie nicht umkippen kann, eine tolle Sache, man muss nur wie beim Fahrrad lenken. Sie ist sehr flott und mit ihrer schmalen Breite gut bei Hindernissen zu händeln, dabei trägt sie problemlos hohe Gewichte. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist auffallend gut, - klare Kaufempfehlung 👍

Blaupunkt products are still being sold on-line advertising a three years warranty. The company ceased trading in 2016 so no support, repair or replacement is available. Surely this is fraud?

Wir bedauern es so sehr, dass Fake nicht so minderwertig sein kann. Sie können keine Videos online öffnen, Sie können keine Filme ansehen, das ist es nicht. Du willst es ablehnen, sie nehmen es nicht hinter sich. . . . Sie sind Fälscher.

Wir haben im juli eine neue Küche gekauft mit Blaupunkt Geräten
Leider musste der Kühlschrank schon getauscht werden ..und jetzt ist der Backofen defekt. Na ja nach 4 Monaten 👍 ich hab mir jetzt extra freigenommen da heute ein neuer Backofen geliefert werden soll —- und die sagen den Termin 2 std vorher ab.Glanzleistung !!!!
Würde diese Geräte nicht mehr kaufen
Der Kundenservice ..na ja nicht grad super . Bin mal gespannt wie oft ich mir noch frei nehmen muss bis der Backofen endlich eingebaut ist

Habe mir ein Kofferradio bestellt das auch mit Batterie läuft. Bedienung eine Katastrophe, Senderspeicherung funktioniert nicht wie in Beschreibung angegeben,Standby funktioniert auch nicht, bei effektivem Ausschalten aber sind die Sender wieder weg….dachte blaupunkt sei eine firma mit guten Produkten…war zwar nicht so teuer, trotzdem absoluter Fehlkauf

Defektes Radio eingeschickt, daß nach einem halben Jahr seinen Geist aufgegeben hat.
Nach 6 Wochen kam von einem Dienstleister ein Brief: Leider befindet sich Ihr Gerät außerhalb der Garantiezeit, eine Reparatur ist aufgrund fehlender Ersatzteile leider nicht mehr möglich. Wir können ihnen daher nur zwei Alternativen anbieten:1.Entsorgen
2.defekt zurück für 23,60 /Porto

Blaupunkt Powerforce Pets Vacuum is the one with the wand. The suction is very strong the only problem is that the bristles on the floor brush bunches up hair on attempting to hoover carpets due to the floor brush having both a bristles brush and a squeegee type bar opposite the floor bristles brush so the pet hair just continues to get caught in the middle and even when you attempt to lift the hair left behind by simply lifting the wand up and down the pet hair is still left behind and the floor bristles brush gets clogged with pet hair so overall I'm not impressed especially with my health conditions it's difficult to hoover as it is anyway I hope that this review will help someone else. If only they had found a way to make the floor brush similar to the pet turbo brush as I believe that would be a better more efficient brush for the main part of the vacuum with the bristles and squeegee brush as an accessory rather than the main floor brush.

I ordered 2 products (headphones and speaker) from blaupunkt.in on 17th aug'2021.
They haven't delieverd the products and still are not contacting me.
If I ask for refund or mail blaunkpunkt india , in response i get your ticket has been raises to some zoho helpdesk and nothing happens.

Apps freeze when watching, screen goes blank or sound goes off. Never able to watch a full programme. Only able to resolve is it to switch off at plug

I have purchased the blaupunkt cordless vacuum cleaner and it is the worst ive ever bought. Ive bought alot cheaper in the past for alot better quality. To start with i thought it was great as it is cordless, so better for my illness related issues and loved the swivel and the light. That being said the light ive found, is pointless as it shows the dirt the hoover up, but doesnt hoover it. Defeats the object and just highlights how useless the vacuum is. It barely picks up anything, even after continuously cleaner the filter and hose etc. I bought it for the downstairs to hoover basic crumbs etc that build up. Was finding it too hard to drag my trusty dyson everywhere as I need to vacuum daily. Unfortunately, im still dragging it around to pick up what the blaupunkt has missed. Yes i didnt spend alot on the cordless, i didnt have the money for a dyson or a shark, but as this was the higher end price wise of the cheaper brands, i thought it would do the job. It blow the crap back out aswell when i turn it off or lift it. Im basically spending more time picking up the mess its left behind than i am hoovering with it. It really is useless and had i kept the box (i dont have the storage space!) I would definitely of sent it back for a refund. I could have spent half the money on a better one elsewhere. Do not be fooled by the good reviews on this, have no idea how anyone can say its a good purchase.
