Infuriating customer service, don't honour guarantee
Emailed them in April about a pan guarantee which i registered when i purchased. First they didn't reply to me for about 3 weeks and now i don't know if I'm speaking to an AI chatgpt but it's brain rotting. First they claimed they couldn't help me because the receipt was for sainsburys and they didn't sell the pan at sainsburys so i got a screenshot from the website of them clearly selling the pan at sainsburys (not that it should matter if a retailer has stopped selling a pan i have a recept proving i bought and guarantee registered but.. ) after that they changed to claiming the receipt doesn't match the pan it literally just saying scoville frypan so how doesn't it match? Either they're trying very hard to weasel out of the guarantee or I'm speaking to a failing AI bot, it's abysmal. Buy their pans if you want but don't factor their guarantee into your plans. -100 customer service

Customers do not matter at all.
I bought a product had some issues write to customer service to try to solve it. They never bothered to reply. I wrote again a month later incase it got lost. Well second one also never got reply as they dont care, you dont matter.

Wrong items sent
I ordered a couple of non-stick baking trays and 6-cupcake trays. I received a chapati pan instead and have no response from Scoville on writing to them. There is no number to call them on and they do not respond to email.
In response to you, I have already tried to get in touch with you a second time.

Great Customer Service

Neverstick is a great name
When they say 'non-stick' that is exactly what they are. After 3 months the wok I bought looks brand new and it has been used very frequently. 10/10

I bought a 5x non stick from Asda, it was good until I tried to wash it in the dishwasher (it stated dishwasher safe) and it became sticky then. But Scoville loved to replace another one for me in no fussy. Good customer service and good quality for its price.

Very very very poor, product, can't say anything moor as apparently describing the poorness of this product is "hate speech" so I guess trust pilot isn't very honest or trustworthy these days either.

Scoville quality gone down hill
Quality of Scoville products has gone seriously downhill recently. I dont know where they were previously made but im sure they are now made in China.
This makes them the same poor quality as most other cheaper goods.
I have had good quality Scoville pots and pans in the past but what is currently available is certainly not the same quality.

the lid exploded on first use
the lid exploded on first use, food ruined pot lid ruined and noone will accept it was a faulty item!
I did follow the complaints procedure and got told it couldn't have happened as its toughened glass so could've have happened so no refund or replacement available.
