Received excellent customer service
Received excellent customer service at blacks when looking for a new sleeping bag, was served by Emily and Maddie who helped me during my visit. Would recommend and always friendly when I enter the store!

Great Customer Service
Incredible customer service and very knowledgable staff. Stevie, the store manager, in particular was of massive help when she assisted in picking out a new Berghaus air tent. 10/10 would recommend the store to a friend.

Well having being a novice to camping
Well having being a novice to camping, and having a return to make.
Adam took the time to go through all the tents giving us advice on which was the best for our needs. Totally helpful with a 5* service and great customer experience. Would recommend to everyone to call in if unsure and get some experienced advice from who knows. The return money was back into my bank account less then 24 hours of the return.

Great customer service…
Stevie helped me find the right gear for my next Yorkshire 3 peaks challenge. She helped me find new boots with better support and fit than my previous ones because I had blisters when doing the Yorkshire 3 peaks last month. These new Berghaus boots are a nice wider feet for my feet. Thank you so much for your help! Will come and show you all my pictures on Monday after we finish!
