The puzzle table has finally arrived…
The puzzle table has finally arrived after several days of ringing the very unhelpful and expensive customer care people when it became overdue.
Be aware that the delivery agreement states "as soon as possible" so no date is ever given. Also be aware that you will be charged £0.13 per minute (UK) when you call customer care and even when you order by phone unbelievable.
The table did have minor damage to one corner but there's no way I'm going to return it, I'll probably never see a replacement. As you would expect, it was made in China.
I will never buy from this company again and advise others to do the same.
Neat stuff, Horrible experience
Lots of neat stuff, they'll just cancel the order on you with no notification while you think it's in shipping. Then you get spammed to hell with marketing stuff but nothing regarding orders already placed. Avoid
Item shows in stock on Dec 3
Item shows in stock on Dec 3. On Dec 16 it shows a status of "not yet shipped". I call to cancel and am told "oh! It was just shipped. We promise you will have it by the 23rd". Check on the order Dec 18 and see it is cancelled. I was told it shipped 2 days earlier. When I called today I was told that it was not in stock and the answer cancelled. No notice to me and no evidence of a refund. Avoid Bits and Pieces Canada! They are Amateurs or scammers. Not sure which. Note: while I did not receive my order and I am dubious I will receive my refund ... I do receive about 10 nuisance emails a day from these people trying to entice me to by some more of their questionable products.

After ordering a Christmas present 3 weeks ago and them taking the money for it immediately I chased the order today to check delivery. Only to be told , it was out of stock, has been for a while and they don't know when or if it will be back in stock.
1. Why does the website not tell you this when you place the order.
2. Why was payment taken if its out of stock.
3. Why do they have no communication with the customer??
I could have been ordering my gift from another company and received it by now.
This company is not to be trusted.
Irresponsible and unsatisfactory
After 13 days, they hadn’t sent out my almost $100 order, so I called to cancel. Magically the order was in process, couldn’t be pulled out. No email notification saying sent, and this didn’t sit well with me, so called again next morning. Same story but was told that a supervisor would try to pull it for me and update me by email as to status. Nothing. Next day an email notification saying it sent. So 2 days earlier, when I had first called, they couldn’t pull my order?? Worse, they “couldn’t” furnish a return label to make up for their 15-day delay in sending something I no longer needed, nor any reason for the delay. Box is sitting unopened. It galls me to think of paying postage to return an order that they botched and took no responsibility for.

Tried to order a set of 6 jigsaw puzzles online, and my debit card wasn't accepted, so I called them and spoke to some insulent young boy, who basically stated "Like I TOLD you Mrs XXX", when I explained that I'd had trouble purchasing these online. He kept asking for my media code from the catalogue, and I said that I was purchasing these online, so was not provided with one, then he asked for another code, to which I also said, that due to the fact these were being purchased online, I could not provide it. He asked the same question about 6 times, to which each and every time, I had to repeat myself and say I was doing this online. Do they not teach children ANY respect in schools in the UK today? Maybe they translate their lack of respect through from what their parents don't teach them, and act as a very BAD ambassador for organisations instead!!! He did not even say something along the lines of "Oh, I'm sorry Mrs *** that you had that experience. Let's try to correct this now for you" Doesn't take a lot of figuring out. Anyone disagree with this statement??? I think he will have a very short career, to be honest. If I cannot speak to a customer service advisor for this organisation without my blood boiling, becasuse they are acting extremely rudely, this will NEVER, EVER translate to a sale. I hung up on this call and will NEVER use this organisation again. The worrying thing is, he is now still taking calls and giving diabolical customer service to customers, so sad!!! Reading all the 1 star reviews for this company, you can now add mine to it. Oh, mine is actually "ZERO" - 1 star is FAR too generous!!!!
Super pricing on puzzles and great puzzles!
Overall I'm very happy with this company. The customer service team does their best to appease their customers when something goes wrong. I've had two problems with orders that took sometime to resolve, but they did resolve it. I love their puzzles most of all and the pricing can't be beat.

they are good and will send u replacements 3 times and after that they will also give you refund.
Shipping
All and all this company is great. Customer service, phone service, and online service is great. Product is wonderful and I have bought things from them many times but, if we had 4.5 stars I would give that for their shipping. Every time I get things from them it is at least 2 weeks before I have the product at the house. Order early if you are on a time line.
