Very poor company won't use again. They took an online order, took the money. Only part of the order arrived. When contacted customer services was told the goods were not available, though you could still order the same goods online!,. Refund never arrived after 10 days. When called again was told refunds were given by cheque, and i will not be able to bank this due to covid 19 and local banks are shut. Advised the cheque is valid for 6 months. Refund due is two thirds of my original order cost. Dont order from this company there are plenty of others needing you business at this time.

I wish I had read the reviews before ordering from the worst company on the net e mailed them no answer no goods took my money they are comment please please stay away and help close them down do not use them

Ordered a couple of puzzles on the 16th April and received an order summary. I replied asking about shipping dates. I've now contacted them 3 times to try and find out what is happening and haven't had any reply. Reading the rest of these reviews I'm now very concerned and wouldn't recommend ordering from them.

May 19th update: Still no products! I've received automated emails and one follow up asking for more details?! But nothing since. Reporting to trading standards.

I ordered 4 puzzles and the order was confirmed and the money taken from my card, I chased for the order and was told it had been send to me on the 3rd April,there was no mention that only half the order had been fulfilled,when it arrived only 2 puzzles had been sent, I spoke to them and the advised me they were out of stock for the 2 missing puzzles and a refund had been sent to me by cheque the same day the puzzles were dispatched.
As of today the cheque has still not arrived, I was told it had been delayed as the person issuing the cheques was only working part time and there had been a delay in sending them out, I did ask why the money had not been refunded back onto my card, the person I spoke to could not explain this ( in this day and age who uses cheques?) I should have received the cheque last week, but it still has not arrived and frankly I doubt it will.
You cannot speak to anybody as they do not answer the phone, and they do not reply to e mails.
I would not purchase from this company again and will now attempt to obtain a refund from my card issuer.
Appalling customer service and it seems once they have your money that is it, regardless if your order has been sent correctly or not.
Do not purchase from this company.

I ordered a puzzle from this company on 31st March and it still hasn't arrived. I've tried to contact them numerous of times but can't get hold of anyone. I have no idea what's happening with my order and I don't know whether I'll be getting my money back. I wished I looked at these reviews first before purchasing! I will never use this company again!!

UPDATE: I received a letter and cheque with a full refund. No explanation just a sorry for not meeting expectations. I'm glad I got a refund but don't bother wasting your time with this company.

Absolutely appalling. Part order turned up 9th April. No response to my email asking where the rest is. Customer services is a joke. No one answering the phones. Having to pay 13p per minute plus access charge. No communication as to whether the rest of order is coming or if I’m getting a refund. What a scam

Do NOT buy from this company. No service, no intention to refund- scam you to take your money without sending you the product. Website needs to be shut down.

Tried repeatedly to order four puzzles online. Kept saying my email address or registration wasn't correct; no matter what I tried. I made sure all my info. was correct and tried several times either as a guest or as registering. Got an email from them saying they were holding my order; I tried once again to order and nope, it didn't work. I gave up. Shame as I liked their puzzles and prices; now after looking at these reviews, I am glad I gave up. Ordered elsewhere.

I was sent the wrong puzzles. Both boxes were split BEFORE the polythene was wrapped, as the plastic covering was intact and had no evidence of damage. I have sent 3 emails of complaint to the company and I have not received a reply at all. I don't at this point even know if all the puzzle pieces are complete. I will never use this company again. Shame on you!

Ordered 2 jigsaws on 31.03 , hadn't received them so emailed to ask when I could expect delivery , 2 jigswas at £7.99 each = 15.98 plus £4.99 postage . Today I received a cheque for £7.99 and a letter saying they couldn't meet my requirements so where is the other refund and the postage refund and like other reviews no response to emails

Same problem as everybody else, wrong delivery. Paid for 3 jigsaws plus free one, received wrong order - 1 jigsaw plus free one therefore an overcharge of about £15. No reply to my emails & no contact. Wished I'd read the reviews before. Scammers!

I had ordered my puzzle on April 1st 2020. Got an email April 4th 2020 that it has been shipped. I have been checking everyday since April 4th for tracking updates and the only update since then has been that the shipping information has been sent electronically to Canada Post. It’s now April 11th 2020 and it is still only saying the same thing as it has since April 4th. Don’t trust them!!

Received a totally different jigsaw to the one ordered and no replies to emails

I do not often make reviews excepting particularly good or particularly bad ones.
The service from this company is appalling. A few weeks after ordering a jigsaw, I rang to check the progress only to be told by an inept sounding lady that the order had been cancelled. I questioned this only to be told that it is an American company and she just answers the phones. It seems there was no intention of informing me of the cancellation. They don't seem to know about email. The lady said that I would get a refund by cheque??? I am still waiting.

Ordered 3 jigsaws on 31st March and one 1000 free one received one free jigsaw which was 300 pieces instead of a 1000 got three checks through today so refunded the puzzles but have not been refunded the postage and packaging have emailed them 3 times with no response avoid this site like we are trying to avoid the plague AVOID AVOID AVOID

Order one puzzle and they sent a different one. I have sent 3 emails with mo reply.

ordered a jigsaw and claimed my free jigsaw- received the free jigsaw but not the one I ordered- now have been sent a cheque refund for the Jigsaw I ordered- but no refund on postage and packing so the Free jigsaw has cost me £4.99- not great customer service there

I purchased a Glow in the Dark puzzle and once it was put together, it didn't glow. I contacted Bits and Pieces about the issue. They immediately sent a replacement puzzle no questions asked. This company went over and above the customer service standard to resolve the problem. I've ordered from Bits & Pieces for many years. This is the first issue I've experienced. They sell quality products and back what they sell. Their customer service is outstanding. I highly recommend Bits and Pieces for all ages.

I love the variety. But I Ordered a 2000 Pcs and it took me two months to put it together and I was missing a corner piece. It was the Frigate puzzle missing lower left hand corner.
