You have STOLEN my money, 6 weeks and no communication, I have asked on numerous occasions for a refund. You are the worst company I've ever had the misfortune to deal with, horrendous customer service!!!! I will keep posting until you refund MY MONEY!!!! 🤬🤬🤬

This has to be the worst company to order from, they have taken my money as soon as the order was placed over five weeks ago but as yet I have not received anything, attempts to contact them via email results in an automatic reply blaming the Covid virus and the delivery company for any delays and to contact them by phone costs 13p a minute to be kept on hold and not managing to talk to them.
I have ordered from another company on the 2nd. May who use the same delivery service and received the goods on the 5th. May.

This company were quite happy to take my money on 18th April for an item ‘in stock’. Sadly puzzle not yet arrived, now 18th May, very poor communication and I’ve very low expectations that I might receive jigsaw anytime soon. Think company got greedy & accepted orders that they can’t deliver on. Would suggest that you think twice before ordering from Bits & Pieces unless you’re prepared for a very long wait.

I ordered two puzzles on the 19th of April and still no sign of them 14th of May at the time of ordering the website mentioned a slight delay due to the coronavirus which I took at being a maximum of 14 days and considered fair, having still not received the puzzles I got in touch with customer service only to be told it would be a minimum of 28 days.

They should make delivery times clear so that customers have the choice before ordering and not having to chase a already stretched customer service department.

Like many reviewers I placed an order one month ago and had not received my order. Emails were ignored and when I finally got through on the phone was told I had been refunded for one item and the other was out of stock. I therefore cancelled my order. They are quite happy to take your money but otherwise treat you with contempt!

Like many reviews I am disappointed with customer care! No response to my emails requesting information regarding despatch and delivery. Very pleased with product when it did arrive, it was as ordered. Could have earned five stars.

I ordered from this store a month ago, no sign of any product, it's been 3 weeks since I contacted customer service and got a generic emailing saying it might take 28 days which wasn't stated before order. No idea if I'm ever getting any items.

My order arrived today after 4 weeks. The order is correct and I'm happy with it. However having seen other reviews I was concerned and sent a few emails chasing my order, to which I got no reply and there was no dispatch note. The jigsaws are lovely but the customer service is appalling.

Didnt get the puzzle I ordered. Phoned and emailed over 4 times with no response. Ended up getting a refund for the puzzle by cheque in the post which they said I requested but I didnt. So I ended up paying for the postage of something I never got!

I really can't complaint. I got my order in less than a week with the exact puzzles I ordered. They are actually good quality ones! Loved it!😊

I have bought puzzles from this company many times and they are of good quality.
Unfortunately I ordered three on 21st April and had confirmation on 23rd but not received them yet and have given up trying to ring them.
I,m hoping they will arrive sometime.
They need a better Customer Service Department.

I would give no stars if it were an option.
I ordered 3 puzzles over 3 weeks ago. I have emailed them, got no response. Phoned them on their ‘13 pence a minute’ line, and waited for 20 minutes. No answer.

AVOID AVOID AVOID. Do not bother buying from here. If you do actually get your product, lucky you! That’s if you actually get it. Be warned: if what you purchase is out of stock this company won’t bother to contact you to let you know. They’ll just send you a replacement, and then ignore your repeated, REPEATED attempts to contact them to ask to return the unwanted item you received and get a refund. I first tried to contact them about this over one month ago! After many emails and trying to contact them over social media too I finally got an ungracious response offering a 50% refund. Um, no? You sent me the wrong product without even bothering to contact me about it, I haven’t used what you sent because I DIDN’T WANT IT, and now I only get half my money back? After you ignoring me for a month? AVOID.

Exactly same experience as other reviewers regarding refund. No communication, had to chase them up, promised to refund to my card within the week. No refund appeared so rang again. Told CHEQUES had been issued weeks before and 'it was not their fault they had been lost in post'. Told a refund to my card would be made within 72 hours...again no refund appeared, then 2 cheques arrived dated after my last phone call.
HAVE REPORTED THIS COMPANY TO TRADING STANDARDS. PLEASE DO THE SAME, IT'S AN EASY ONLINE FORM

Appalling company. Order placed 30th March, money taken 1st April. Chased via email 1st, 2nd and 11th April - no acknowledgement or response. Rang their 13pence p/m line 23rd April. 17 minute call, to be told they decided to cancel the order on 6th April due to lack of stock. No one communicated this to me. Still no refund!! Told they were processing my BACS refund as I was on the phone and should receive 3-5 working days later. Today is day six and still no refund! I've now made a formal complaint and will pursue this to small claims court!!!! My other order made 29th April, arrived with such a big hole in the box, you could not decipher the picture of the jigsaw! Cowboys. Do not touch with a barge pole!!!!!

I give them 1 star as there is no options for zero stars....
Please don't order anything from this website. I placed an order on the 03.04.2020 for a puzzle 1000 pieces.
I waited 2 weeks, nothing arrived. I called "Bits and pieces"customers service", I waited 30 mn charging my phone every minutes.
The customer service said that they run out of my item. I asked them what about communication? Why I didn't received any email about that? Anyway, they said I will received my refund in two weeks time. 2 weeks time are gone, I called them again today 01.05.2020, The customer service said that a CHEQUE has been issue to me on the 29.04.2020.
1- Why should a get a cheque? I paid with money-this is not the time to go to bank.
2- Why this check has been issued only on the 29.04.2020 when i called them 2 weeks ago?
3-Why they don't communicate? Answering emails- updating you about any delays
4-Don't use COVID-19 to cover your delays.
5- Poor service-No communication with customer- not a fair company as they pay you back with cheque instead of money.

I ordered a jigsaw from this company having phoned beforehand to ask how long it would take to arrive '7-10 days'. I called after 15 days to be told that this item is out of stock. This was not apparent when I ordered it. The person I spoke to made a very poor attempt to blame the American supplier, saying it was out of their control. However I have had no notification of the situation, and they need a much better way of feeding any stock issues with their suppliers into their own website. Really poor service, avoid this company.

Bought 2 x puzzles for a present got a confirmation but no despatch date. Chased 10 days to be told would be sent chased today a further week has gone by to be told they are out of stock. Do not buy from them such appalling service have asked for a refund and too late to get my mum a present now not happy at all thanks

Placed an order, nearly a month later nothing received, despite numerous emails requesting an estimate for delivery no response from this company. After further emails to request that the order be cancelled and a refund given, their reply was that the order would be with me soon, it wasn't!!
Phoned them on numerous occasions, couldn't get through, obviously lots of annoyed customers, finally got through the operator straight away asked if my call was for an order not received, again obviously normal for this company. The operator said two items were out of stock so they'd be waiting for more before sending the rest of the order, WHAT??! I've checked my account this morning and no refund so I'm going to have to sit on the phone wasting my time yet again chasing this shoddy company. I usually check every company before I order but wanted a few gifts for relatives to help them through isolation I won't make that mistake again! Do yourself a favour and give this company a VERY wide berth!
