We found the website easy to use and clearly laid out. We ended up going with Woodford Car Rental Co. who was unknown to us from Canada but they provided us with excellent service and follow up. The Bingo site was great, clear and so easy to use!!

Everything went very well. I would do it again.

I found the experience of picking the car up and returning the car very good.
The vehicle itself was not really anything like I ordered but it was fit for purpose.
The standard of the vehicle was a little under good. I had a problem with the interior light coming on when driving which was really annoying during the night, so I removed the bulbs.
The car had a vibration when driving at motorway speeds and the wheel trims looked rough.
When first started in the mornings It was a bit unresponsive to throttle movement and it seemed that there was a problem with the fuel. It did clear itself after a while though.
My over all experience was OK but not good.

* Reservation price don't matching with the real price (I msut to pay 100€ more for fuel when I have receipt the car).
* The car was an old model with a lot of problems (many crashes all around the car, bad engine setup, tired shock absorbers, tired seats and side-view mirror broken).
* Bad shape of baby seats (without isofix).

Was a little leery, but the price was so good, I decided to go for it. I had several questions and requirements about/for the car, as it was a slightly complicated rental situation. It was easy to get Bingo staff on the phone to contact the car rental company in county for me to confirm the details and get the questions answered.
The price Bingo gave was honored and there were no issues with getting the car we were promised.

All went perfectly, no cues, no waiting, car as we wanted.
Personnel very firendly and imformed!

This is the second time we have rented a car this year through Bingo and we are more than pleased with the price and service.
As they would say in Ireland "No problems to be sure" and this is what you get with Bingo car rental.

I hired an 8 seater and was given a 10 year old minibus : the doors would not shut, one door would not open properly (when showed this to their guy he said: "give it a good kick"), it was rust everywhere, there were 3 fault lights on dashboard (one was the airbags light, therefore, good luck , in case of an accident), the car broke the 3-rd day and I lost 1/2 day waiting for smb to come. Eventually, they gave me a 7 seater, although I paid and needed an 8 seater (they told me: "either you take it, or we don't have another one").
I paid for out of hours vehicle release and nobody came, I almost lost my plane because of this, in the end I followed another customer's advise who was not charged the fee and left the keys in the airport office (closed).
I hope I will never have to deal with them again.

Bingo were fine - all the vouchers and payments went through fine - thanks Bingo - however if you are flying to Turin airport DON'T use Firefly or Hertz as the queue is ENORMOUS and all the other car hire companies had no people waiting - we were and hour and half in the queue along with lots of other disgruntled customers and then we had to wait an hour for our car (to be cleaned?? - I had booked it 3 weeks before our holiday!!) The experience left me thinking I would wait until I arrived at the destination before booking in future!!

I hadn't heard of them and was needlessly worried- got my 7 seater at the best going rate, no worries

My credit card was charged 1000 Euro even though I did not rent a car.

Used Bingo for a local car rental, got a great price (best I could see anywhere) and the whole process was painless. No issues at any time.

When I arrived to europcar ,they try to sell me more insurance,i refused and ask me 2700 dollars autorisation on my credit card and gave me an old car.

No problems with this supplier.

Insurance wasn't included. Increased the daily rate drastically to get even the most basic insurance.

booking our rental car through bingo was very straight forward to do and we were very impressed with the patience of the staff at the Pick up point, considering we had just got off a long haul flight. The procedure to return the car was so simple, I would thoroughly recommend Bingo Car Rental with no reservations

Tried to book a Toyota Landcruiser via bingocarrental.com. Only AFTER entering payment details it becomes clear that they immediately take 25€ from your card and that it is actually cartrawler.com (with even worse reviews). The confirmation e-mail (came after +/- 48hr) then mentioned a lower category car (not a similar car, a lower category car) AND also mentioned that the actual car delivered could again be different (possibly even lower category, since their category standards are extremely wide to say the least. So you end up paying for a landcruiser to get some kind of toy-suv. I cancelled the booking, will probably loose the 25€. Impossible to contact someone, and by email you only get sarcatic answers. One advice: don't book via these agencies, they have no added value and will not help you when in trouble. Book directly at the rental company instead.

I booked a car to pick up at Dublin airport, the advert said All inclusive price. On the booking form it told me THRIFTY would be the car rental company. On page two of the confirmation it said a deposit of 50 EUR will be held against your credit card for the period of the booking, its not held against it, it is taken out. I took out excess insurance at the same time with Allianz, a note on the confirmation said you may be told Allianz cover is not valid. I could not get the car unless I took out excess cover with THRIFTY or let them take 1200 EUR out of my account so I had to take out extra excess. Car supplied full of fuel I returned it full but had to pay 103 EUR fuel deposit. Total £161.11 deposit instead of expected 50 EUR. BE AWARE
