A fuir, malgré la fourniture d'une carte de "credit" et non débit ceux ci ont facturé une assurance complémentaire à 29 € / jour. La combine consiste a ne pas vous faire payer via le terminal de paiement electronique mais par une application web, ce qui bloque le paiement. A la fin il ne vous reste plus que le choix de payer avec une debit card. Au final la location pour une semaine a couté 400 € au lieu de 200 €.

CHANGEMENT DE PRIX POUR DUPER LE CLIENT
Prix qui change entre le moment ou on choisit l'offre sur internet et quand on reçoit la confirmation de réservation 2 min plus tard disant qu'on sera débité d'un montant plus élevé.
J'ai tenté de les contacter pour qu'ils rectifient le prix car je ne suis pas d'accord mais je n'ai eu aucune réponse.
Je ne recommande donc pas ce site !!!

Please be aware of CARO. We had a major family gathering in Hamburg and I needed a big nice car. I rented a Mercedes Vito via getrentalcar.com. Rental car companies like to hedge themselves and usually write "or similar" but in the e-mail confirmation I received it simply stated "Mercedes Vito GPS". We arrived in Hamburg early. Their base is one hour outside Hamburg, so no-one was there to greet us nor was there a counter. So we waited until the representative arrived. Then he informed us that he had to downgrade us to a VW Transporter (that's hardly even "similar"... a Mercedes Viano would have been). In addition, the VW was completely scratched and dented from previous accidents. We couldn't believe it but had to accept in the end, as you don't get 8 or 9 seaters on short notice. However, I did call their office and complained. She admitted that they only have a few Mercedes and that it's the fault of the aggregator site for promising the Mercedes (CARO should be lucky that there are aggregators, otherwise no-one would rent from them as they are entirely unknown). She refused to give me a discount, despite the double-whammy of a downgrade and damaged car. She said she would check if they would at least cover the fuel cost and call me back. As expected, no-one ever called me back. When we returned the car, there was no-one to receive it at the airport, as you're used to from the likes of Hertz, Avis, Sixt etc. After I called the representative that we were at the airport, he had to drive in for an hour. With all these delays, we nearly missed our flight.
I have rented cars all over the world, including many Third World countries, but have never experienced anything like this. Beware of the cars (likelihood is, you will not get what you booked). Beware of the condition of the cars (ours was a near wreck). And beware of the customer service (discourteous, uncooperative and insincere). CARO - NEVER AGAIN.

Got to destination. Instead of returning the car full of fuel and not paying a surcharge, they said to return it as empty as possible because they were charging me for the fuel. Any additional fuel would be credited, minus an administration fee.

Rented a family car in Athens.
Had to drive an old scudo car (187000 km !)
Feared to have an accident during these three weeks rental.
Were stolen by this company who cobsidered us as simple hostages (we do not have any other family car ! What do you expect on a 5th of july !
Just too bad.
Just avoid bingo car, dirent car and cartrawler who are just alike and subcontract eachother what they can find !

Небольшое неудобство доставляет необходимость распечатывать ваучер на пяти листах. Для компании-арендодателя достаточно первого листа. Всё остальное - памятка для арендатору.

When i reserved the car at your site i didn't know that i were to pay 700$ deposit at a place of rent. This made a huge difference to my personal account. I was not planning it, and it made me change my plans. 700$ is still frozen by the CAR rent. This is so not professional step. If the car rent takes such (big) sums for deposits YOU should inform about it, so that we can plan our cash and card balance beforehand. It was stressful and awful experience.
The rest is good.

We picked up the car from Maggiore at Venice airport and dropped it off two weeks later at Fiumicino in Rome with no hitches at all. The car was an automatic Audi A4 wagon which is exactly what we requested.and both pickup and delivery went very smoothly. Dealing through Bingo was easy and efficient and I would certainly use them again. I have used AutoEurop many times before but they couldn't meet the Bingo prices for an equivalent car. The only thing that was a little disturbing was the final cost was higher than originally quoted. Our quote from Bingo was 1051 Euros, the receipt at the check in counter was 1064 E and the final invoice was for 1080 E. Some of the increase seems to be related to higher airport taxes but it is impossible to nail down accurately as the quote from Bingo is a total and shows no details. Overall, very satisfied.

The car was not clean enough when I got it.
My bloked money (1600 Euro) is not returned yet in my card - I returned car 29/09/14 and passed 8 days.

It was very easy to use this service. Prices was good.

On arrival at Samos airport the SIXT office did not have our car ready.
They found a Hyundai Getz for us, and soon we could move on. The car was old, not clean and with a big bump in the front.

Only through Bingo could we find a large enough vehicle with automatic transmission to hold four people, four golf bags, and all the other luggage, and we ended up with Enterprise whose people were helpful from start to finish.

Our car hire went without hitches. When we picked up the car the office staff were very courteous and efficient. It only took a few minutes to check the documentation. The car was just what we expected. On returning the car tall all that was required was filling with fuel. The return was just as efficiently dealt with. A great car hire experience. I would not hesitate to use this company again for car hire in Euripe

Rented a minibus Nissan Primestar from Paris, Gare Austeriltz, (Budget rental) unfortunately it came dirty outside and inside, nowhere in condition it should be delivered to a customer, the problem couldn't be fixed at that place and time so the company issued a refund of around 40€ in the end. Would still prefer a clean car thou.

Good value for money, 35 days of trouble free motoring. The only hiccup was finding the car, in the public car park, at Munich airport as the instructions, in English, were not as explicit as they could have been. Apart from that, I would have no hesitation in recommending using CARO.

I got a good price .

The type of car we wanted (small SUV) was much cheaper through Bingo than any of the others I tried. Overall pleased with service. The only slight issue we had was that when we arrived at Barcelona airport we waited a while for a shuttle bus to arrive but then had to call and they came. Once at the car hire place (Solmar) everything was very quick and efficient and we were on our way in a short while. Had no problems with the car and was just what we wanted. When arriving back at the Solmar office we had no problems with handing the car back. Others in our party also used Bingo and their car hire companies were different to ours - so you do not have control over the actual car hire company that you end up with.

J'ai apprécié la disponibilité des personnes en charge de la location. Ils sont joignables à tous moments et mettent tout en oeuvre pour faciliter le retrait et la remise du véhicule.

I booked 3 SUV's becasue the info was for 5 persons and 7 suitcases. However, when we arrived the airport only one vehicle was reserved - the car rental office thought it was just duplicate bookings since it was in one name only!!!??? And it turned out that the cars could only take 3 big and 2 small suitcases :-(
The 2 add cars were provided - alomst 1 hours after agreed pick-up time!
