I found exercise space is very low as…
I found the exercise space to be very limited, which makes it difficult to do warm-ups properly. The area is quite small and often not free for use.
Another issue is that the running belt/treadmill area gets direct sunlight, which makes it uncomfortable. Adding a curtain in front of it would help a lot.
Also, there is misleading information about the center’s closing time. The notice outside the door says the center closes at 10 PM, while the website mentions 9 PM. The opening and closing times do not seem accurate or consistent.

I use the Plumstead centre Monday to…
I use the Plumstead centre Monday to Friday, the staff at the gym are wonderful are go out of their way to help the customers. They are very friendly and helpful and nothing is too big, they are always willing to help and assist the customers seeking help with using the equipment and offer advice on exercise and classes to help customers on their weight loss and fitness journey. My only concern is we need more fans in the summer time as it’s always hot and they need to fix the cross trainer machine that’s been broken for over 4months and please more equipment options in the gym and hand weights in the fitness class.

The plumstead center gym
The plumstead center gym is just a room with weights, no proper equipment even the basic ones are missing.
The equipment is very old and rusty half of them are out of order most of the time and they are charging whooping £36 a month for that.
I have been to pure gym and anytime fitness both were very good for their price the quality and variety of their equipment was top notch.
Highly disappointed in better gym. Would not recommend this to anyone.
I will be leaving it after a month.
