We recently celebrated my son's 6th birthday party at the Platinum Jubilee Leisure Centre in West Drayton. From the moment we arrived we were welcomed by all staff members. The manager named Mihael was especially helpful. He set up music for us and assisted us throughout the day.Centre soft play area was a fantastic start.If you are looking for an affordable, high energy option I would highly recommend it.

Platinum Jubilee Leisure Centre is a…
Platinum Jubilee Leisure Centre is a really good, modern facility and I’ve had a consistently positive experience using it.
The staff are friendly, helpful and approachable, and the centre itself is clean, well maintained and easy to use.
The locker token system is especially good. It’s simple to understand and helps prevent people from leaving belongings in lockers for long periods, which means lockers are much more likely to actually be available when you need one.
The facilities are good, the pool is well looked after, and overall the centre feels well run. Definitely one of the better leisure centres I’ve used and somewhere I’m very happy to keep coming back to.

Really great experience at Platinum…
Really great experience at Platinum Jubilee Leisure Centre. The facilities are excellent, everything was clean and well looked after, and the staff were friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout.
The pool is particularly good and the whole centre feels well run and cared for. It’s a really pleasant place to swim, exercise, or just use the facilities without any hassle.
Would definitely recommend Platinum Jubilee Leisure Centre and will happily be coming back.

Friendly welcoming staff.
The staff at the reception where extremely helpful and polite on arrival and exiting the building.
I had my first zumba class with Marie it was fantastic she has lots of energy, very friendly and outgoing person.
I have already booked my second class looking forward to it.
I also had a gym induction with Kerrie she was fantastic.
I haven't been to the gym in many years so I felt a little overwhelm. Kerrie came across as encouraging and patient when showing me around. she also got me to try new equipment that I had not thought of using before.
Thankyou Maire and Kerrie for making me feel so welcome to the centre.

The people in reception don’t know what they are about. I had to register my daughter for swimming and I have ended up paying two different lesson programmes and no lessons class available for my daughter to take. They all give different approaches to registration which caused me all this. I have requested for a refund for first payment which I still haven’t received any response or payment

We understand how frustrating it must have been to have received different guidance during the registration process, only to find that you have been enrolled and charged for two classes without suitable availability.

Everything is satisfactory BUT
Everything was totally satisfactory. But one thing in Platinum Jubilee leisure centre, there is no padlock lockers/or better arrangements for disabled people with dementia as it’s not easy for such People to keep using coin or tokes. This is not permanent solution for lockers and it’s not easy for them to keep buying tokens. It’s stressful.

My children have been having swimming…
My children have been having swimming lessons and the progress they have made in a few weeks is outstanding. They love the lessons and the swimming staff and teachers are lovely . Thanks Wendy for overseeing everything. Really good experience

Great addition to the area
The Platinum Jubilee Leisure Centre has been a great addition to the area.
There was a recent technical issue with the virtual Pilates class which staff tried to resolve but I was refunded promptly. I attend the Pilates classes weekly on Tuesdays. I hope that more in-person sessions will become available in the future so that I can attend these if I am unable to make the ones on Tuesday.

Friendly Facility
Iv been a member for a couple of weeks, iv found the staff to be extremely friendly and helpful and made me feel welcome.
Iv been using the gym which is clean with modern equipment iv had no issue getting on the machines I want to use.
I have also booked Badminton, I liked that the sports hall is fairly private so you don't feel you are being watched

Staff Reluctant To Help
I visited the centre twice to enquire about swimming lessons for my daughter. Unfortunately, on both occasions, the customer service left a lot to be desired.
During my second visit, the receptionist seemed reluctant to help and initially suggested that I come back later to speak to someone else. When I explained that this was my second visit and that I had already experienced poor customer service, her attitude improved, and she became more helpful, providing straightforward answers to my questions.
It’s disappointing that it took raising my concerns before I received the assistance I was looking for. I hope the centre can improve the consistency of its customer service, as a more welcoming and proactive approach would make a much better experience for visitors.
