I’m not happy to be honest. I signed up and my son is only been able to go once every time we tried to book the whole week is always booked out and you only have a week slot to choose from this was an opportunity for my son to be more active have somewhere to go after school to be physically active but it has failed him and I’m paying for the privilege of him not being able to go and I’m paying each month Really considering in cancelling my membership as I can never get him a slot to be able to even attend, I have spoken to the venue and I’ve been told I have to email even though I spoke to the manager of better venue in Welwyn Garden City to be honest I feel that I should have a refund for this month as he hasn’t even been able to go apart from one time I think your system doesn’t work.

We had our son’s 9th birthday party at Gosling Sports Park yesterday. We can’t fault anything. The staff were friendly and helpful. The party room was very clean and set up with a personalised birthday message for our son. There was also no pressure for us to leave - it’s not easy organising lots of kids to eat, cut cake and play. Everyone had a wonderful time and we’d definitely book again for another party experience

We had our daughter’s birthday party here yesterday and we were so happy with how it all went. All the staff were so helpful (from both the trampoline park and the cafe), the party room was perfect and the food lovely (a high standard for a kids’ party!). The children has an amazing time in the trampoline park itself too. Thanks all for making it such a good occasion :)

Hired out the soft play for an exclusive birthday party. Soft play & whole room was very clean on arrival. Staff left us to it but were right outside the door if we needed anything. We were told to arrive 15 minutes prior to the start time however we did get there a little early but as the room was ready we were able to get in there beforehand.
The only downside is that we were told jugs of water would be provided but they weren’t . However once asked they were brought to us very swiftly so not an issue :)
Would definitely recommend Gosling for an exclusive birthday party in the soft play area, they don’t charge an extortionate amount like some soft plays and because of this we have already discussed doing the same next year !

We had a trampoline party for my son’s birthday and everyone had a fantastic time. The facilities were great, Casper our party host was brilliant and on hand for anything we needed and the party room was clean and well equipped. Communication from the venue during the booking process was also great. Thanks for a great party.

Gosling sports park Welwyn garden city, cleaner blasting the jet wash between 0600 and 0800 most mornings in the spa area, also the sauna or steam room would be out of use with the other at half heat!! Glad he’s cleaning and doing a great job but any chance of doing this when the spa is closed and customers can use the facility they pay for??

Disruptive cleaning noise and unresponsive management

I’ve had a very disappointing experience with the Health Suite due to consistently noisy cleaning taking place at inappropriate times. The cleaning is loud and disruptive, making it difficult to relax or use the facilities as intended. A health suite should be a quiet, calming environment, and this completely undermines that.

What’s even more frustrating is that management has been made aware of the issue multiple times, yet they have not responded to emails or addressed the concern in any way. The lack of communication and accountability is unacceptable, especially for a service that markets itself as premium.

Until the cleaning schedule is managed more considerately and management starts responding to customer feedback, I wouldn’t recommend this facility.

We booked the trampoline and party room for a birthday at Gosling Sports Park, and the experience was fantastic! Everyone had an amazing time. Many thanks to the organising team for making it so smooth. Highly recommended!

I cannot book a class - they become available at 10:00 pm for 7 days ahead. Every fitness class full by10:02 on 11/01/2026 .New app just makes it harder to access a class way more clicks. THERE IS NO WAY TO FEEDBACK DIRECTLY!!!!. Automated answers not what I want. Compared to others this gym is fairly expensive.
Update - I had a late charge which was a mistake. They rectified it very quickly

We booked a party for my three year old at the Trampoline Park - the team were brilliant in the lead up and on the day and he had a great time, would definitely recommend!

Elliott was wonderful, a great SKI instructor. He is knowledgeable, patiens, gave clear support and guidance and quickly built my confidence having not been on skis for 20 years. Thank you Elliott.
The team at reception and in the cafe were lovely and very helpful.
The centre felt well run. My friends went to the spa and really enjoyed it.
The ski centre facility is a real treasure, dry slope a great asset. Enhancing the entrance to the area the spectator spot and the ski centre office would enhance it tremendously. Areally prescious place I plan to go again.

We had ours son's 7th birthday party here in the jump park. The team were very attentive, and made the whole experience easy. The room was spacious enough for a group of 13 kids and adults. Overall a good party venue for kids and a nice team.

I hadn't ski'd for 25 years and needed to re-learn to get ready for a family holiday. The team at Goslings were great and they took me from nervous snow ploughs on the nursery slope to (almost) parallel turns in 8 weeks. Great instructors and friendly enivonrment.

Very easy booking, great communication, friendly & efficient staff. Great party! 🤩

Smooth and efficient booking and communications in the run up to the day. All went smoothly on the day too and Kacper (apologies if I didn’t get the spelling right) kept on checking on us to ensure all is well.

Great ski lessons, lovely support from the instructors.

It was a very nice experience. The children really enjoyed jumping on the trampoline and had a great time. Everything was good, but the only thing I didn’t like was the entrance. It was too easy for kids to walk outside at any time.I would recommend making sure that once the kids are inside, they cannot go out without a parent or someone checking. This will make it safer and give parents peace of mind.

My little boy loved his bounce party. Facilities really clean and all the staff were very helpful- big shout out to Daisy who was unfailingly chirpy and kind in the face of hoardes of manic children! Good value for money, would recommend

We booked a trampolining party at Gosling Sports Centre for our child's 7th birthday. We received clear information via email from Gosling in advance of the party which was really helpful, and the team was very helpful on the day. Party room 4 was perfect for our group of 10 children plus parents. Our party host, Harrison, was friendly and welcoming and checked in with us during the party to make sure that we had everything we needed. The television screen in party room 4 didn't seem to be working so it wasn't possible to have the party child's name on the screen or play music from the speakers but that didn't affect our enjoyment of the party and all the children had a great time! It was super helpful to be able to have the party room from the start of our party session, as 15 mins to set up would have been very tight, and also nice to be able to let our guests leave gradually at the end of the party - maybe this was only possible we had booked the last party slot of the day, but it definitely worked well for us. Thank you to the Gosling trampolining party team for helping to make to make our party go smoothly!
