Nice clean facilities
Nice clean facilities, however I do miss the days where there were staff at the reception desk. I had trouble with the self scan and there was no one around to ask for help. This has happened multiple times.

Hello Robert,

Generally a very good experience but very poor management of disabled parking
Generally a very good experience. However I’ve knocked a star off because of the non existent monitoring of disabled parking spaces. Every time I try to park they are full - not a problem if people just get there first. That’s the way it goes. BUT most of the people parked there do not display a parking permit and are just taking spaces through being lazy and inconsiderate.
If the staff popped out every 30-60mins and left a prewritten note letting the car owner know that would have an impact.

Carterton and Witney are both very friend and have a great mix of people. It’s not all skinny people in Lycra. So don’t be daunted give it a try.
