From ordering our fireplace right through to delivery with Bespoke Fireplaces, the service has been outstanding. My daughter ordered it with Colin who was very helpful and we wasn’t ready for delivery as the room wasn’t ready. They kindly held it in their warehouse and then when we were ready to proceed, they booked us in. The guys who delivered it were friendly and professional. I can’t recommend Bespoke Fireplaces enough, nothing is too much trouble.

Katie in the service department was incredibly helpful. Responses were quick and clear.

I purchased a Pano electric fire from Bespoke fires which looks really good in my living room and the service i have received has been exceptional from start to finish .i spoke to Katie from customer services regarding a problem ,she organised an engineer nextday and problem was resolved ,everyone i have dealt with at Bespoke from when i purchased my Fire including engineers and people at your store have been a credit to your company and would recommend Bespoke to purchase a fire.Aftersales second to none.

Great service! Dealt with Jay, he was very knowledgeable and helped me pick the best fire for my tv wall. I would certainly recommend and use them again in the future.

Our fire was in need of repair, spoke with a very helpful Katie at Bespoke Fireplaces, she organised the repair, two of their employees came to our home and carried out the repair, they were polite and left the area clean and tidy. Thanks to all at Bespoke Fireplaces.

Superb service! I reported the fault with Katie, had an appointment set up within the week and the two engineers who attended this morning were excellent. Very respectful, friendly and professional. Fault fixed within 20 minutes! Absolutely delighted!

I bought the wooden wall panels, the staff were really friendly and helpful. Couldn't recommend them enough and their showroom was amazing!

Extended warranty great asset for customers.My fire was replaced.Notified of time engineer would call and received call 30mins before hand.Great customer service

I recently found my 'not so old' electric fire had stopped working after not using it for several months. Faced with the fact of spending several hundred pounds to replace it, I contacted Bespoke fires and they suggested, although well out of warranty, to buy an extended warranty. This I did and the fire was replaced quickly with the same model.
Excellent customer service with real pleasant people. Should be congratulated.

Visited the showroom today, lovely showroom, excellent choice of fires, great friendly service, explained all the different types of fires in stock, can't wait for our delivery of our new media wall fire. Definitely recommend.

Had a slight issue with the fire place that is now out of warranty. Rang the service desk on the Monday, and received all the help I needed. By Wednesday part arrived Fireplace back on and all working as if new. Very happy, and wife now happy. Thank you very much Katie and Bespoke Fireplaces

I contacted Bespoke Fireplaces because our electric fire ( which we bought from a local supplier) had stopped working. The fire was out of warranty so I bought the parts required. They arrived two days later, they also sent me a link on how to swap the PCB. I have just done it and the fireplace looks fantastic once again. I cannot thank Bespoke enough. They were very helpful and courteous on the phone. I would highly recommend them.

Great product and delivery, had an issue 2 years down the line, initial response I was slightly dissapointed in, however following a telephone call from the MD and a fantastic response, I have to say, they are a class act. Brilliant.

When I had to postpone the delivery few days before (due to an extra work shift), they kindly found more suitable date straight away. Delivery timeslot texted day before, a phone call with half an hour heads up from the team and fireplace brought inside and very safely packaged - and everyone was very polite along the way. Fireplace looks amazing, can't wait to have it fitted! Thank you all for a wonderful, straightforward experience!

Just wanted to say how happy I am with this company, from the moment I called regarding a inset fire to delivery it has been faultless.
The delivery was exactly as planned, the driver couldn't be more helpful insisting on carrying the fire to the fireplace (very heavy box) so well done to him.
Also high praise to Collin & James there salesman for help and support all the way.. 👍
It's to easy nowadays to complain about service, so it's only fair to praise a company when they get it right.. Well done..!
