Absolute class, already booked our third room
I am absolutely over the moon with this amazing company.. "If you’re looking for a luxury finish, honestly, don't look anywhere else.
We originally went into the Bespoke Fireplaces showroom just looking for one, but the quality was so good we ended up walking out with two!
In the lounge, we went for the Willow media wall. The integrated design and those FluteSlat panels look incredible..it’s turned a plain wall into a high-end cinema space.
For the bedroom, we chose the Lloyd. Even without the fire insert, it works as a stunning, sophisticated feature piece that has completely elevated the room’s decor.
A massive shout-out to the fitting team Jay and Ash…. who came to the house. They were absolutely amazing…totally professional, incredibly tidy, and their attention to detail was boss. You can tell they take real pride in their work;
everything was lined up perfectly and they left the place spotless.We’re so impressed that we’ve already gone back to get our second living room done too.
Highly recommend both of them..From the initial design to the final fit, the whole experience has been faultless. If you want quality products and a fitting team you can actually trust in your home, these are the people to call! Thanks to you all am over the moon… Jay & Ash thanks for your perfectionism .. 🙌🏻 xx

We had an online design consultation that was a little rushed due to the Jan sale ending but we placed our order. There was a little confusion with our colour choices and delivery but after speaking with Chris he pulled out all the stops to get our media wall out to us the next week. We were going to install it ourselves but our local joiner let us down and again Chris stepped in with Jay and Ash coming 10 days later to install the media wall. The service has been second to none, answering messages way beyond work hours and the care and attention to get the right outcome for the customer shone through. The installation team were nothing short of amazing, friendly and explained the process before, during and after the work was done. The result… amazing. The products are brilliant and my living room looks like a boujee hotel! Thank you so much especially to Chris and the installation partners Jay and Ash. Thank you for bringing to life our vision - we love it!

Great Customer Service and Excellent Products
We purchased a fireplace and found Colin in the showroom to be very helpful and went through everything with us. We only had to wait 2 weeks for the fire to be fitted by Mike and Gary. They discussed each decision we needed to make and went through all the information we needed. They were very friendly and left the house clean and tidy once they had done. We had a little issue after but this was quickly dealt with and sorted. Would highly recommend and the fireplace is lovely.

We purchased a panoramic fireplace from bespoke
We purchased a panoramic fireplace from Bespoke which we love. We bought it In 2001 so 5yrs old and it recently stopped working so we contacted bespoke who were very prompt in dealing with it. 1 day later I was contacted by their engineer Luke Riley. He could not have been more helpful! After explaining what was wrong with the fireplace he identified the problem and sent me a tutorial amongst other info that was needed to get the fireplace working again. Being a business owner myself I know how valuable competent hard working professionals are and he is definitely a massive asset to you. Thanks bespoke and Luke, really pleased we are up and running again.

Although my remote control was just out of warranty when it inexplicably stopped working, Luke in the Service Department firstly sent me instructions to get it re-paired with the fire. When this didn't work he sent me a new one which worked immediately. Above and beyond. Thank you.

From our first meeting at the show room with Chris we were able to talk over the different types of media wall we never felt rushed and Chris explained the process. We ordered the Miami wall and a couple of weeks later it was fitted in our new home by Mike.

From our first interaction with Kritika in the showroom, who was so helpful and informative, to Mike the fitter who installed our fantastic willow wall package, Bespoke Fireplaces were absolutely top class. We are so happy with the finished product. Mike was so helpful and knowledgeable throughout and not to mention, absolutely brilliant with our two little boys! Mike went above and beyond for us. Kritika was always available for any advice and guidance with prompt replies to any emails I sent with any queries I had. First class company to deal with
Excellent company to deal with from walking into the showroom, the staff were helpful in designing exactly what we where looking for. Communication after that was first class keeping us informed on delivery and fitting date. On the day of fitting Jay and Ash where brilliant, nothing was to must trouble, hit them with a few changes but they had no problem in installing our media which we are so happy with. Fire suites & accessories by 'The Costello Group' of Knowsley
Following a recent visit to Taskers of Aintree to look at furniture, my husband & I were pleasantly surprised to see within their store a lovely new department called 'The Costello Group' who offered bespoke fire suites. Their manager was very helpful & mentioned they had a larger showroom based in Knowsley which offered a much larger selection.
We decided to visit them the following day to check out for ourselves...
The location was easy to find and a new modern showroom which on approached sent a clear message it was going to be a good experience.
We were not disappointed !
A lovely young lady called Faith greeted us both with the offer of a hot or cold drink and invited us to take our time looking at the beautiful displays & settings.
Soon after, we were warmly greeted by Nick Johnson, the manager.
Nick was both friendly & knowledgeable and answered all our questions we had asked, clearly he knew his products very well, this gave us confidence from then on.
The advice on choices & further suggestions, instantly allowed us to make a decision to purchase a fire suite on the day.
We both felt Nick certainly went the extra mile, staying on after closing to take time to show us complimentary accessories to go with our Fire suite . We personally thanked Nick for his professionalism and the manner in which we were treated.... truly a great experience ! Nick will be in touch soon to update us on our delivery & installation date 🙂
