I brought 3 bags of bbs 2 of which had holes in them. Length and width of the target not provided on website leaving me with a tiny target. Speeploader was good tho.

Very good customer service much better than patrol base

If I could leave zero stars, I absolutely would. This company has wasted six months of my time and caused an unbelievable amount of frustration. I purchased an airsoft rifle that arrived faulty and not as described, and I immediately raised the issue. However, instead of taking responsibility, I was met with delays and unnecessary back-and-forth for months.

After being given the runaround and with no resolution in sight, I was forced to escalate the issue by involving my bank and solicitor. It took roughly five months to finally receive a partial refund, but even then, a small amount is still outstanding.

I can only assume the company has been ignoring complaints, hoping that people will just give up and the problem will go away. Well, that didn’t work here. Their approach has been to drag things out as long as possible, hoping customers will lose patience. Well, they’ve lost mine.

Now, I will be taking legal action to recover the time, money, and stress they’ve caused.

To anyone considering buying from this company, do yourself a favour and avoid them at all costs. I strongly encourage anyone who has had similar issues to complain to Trading Standards. It's time they are held accountable for their appalling customer service and total disregard for their customers’ time and money.

Third time using the range here for target practise. Good experience and friendly staff. However, the shop gets very busy so long waits at times. We also purchased some air soft rifles and accessories.

I bought a rif from this company for Christmas. Upon arrival i threw a few bb's through it and all was fine... I took it to the local airsoft field for its first outing in early march and it broke.
Customer services was absolutely appalling. They refuse to exchange the rifle and offered to repair it at a cost of £40 per hour.
The guy on the phone was insulting me and belittling my problem and was really rude.
Now even better. I purchased this RIF without providing my UKARA number.
So not only bad customer services but also breaking the law.....
Do not get involved with this company.. they are disgusting people, criminal and have absolutely no customer care or any care about their reputation.

I will not be recommending them or using them for anything ever again

Not a good customer experience and seemingly out of control service. Ultimately, rather disappointed with Bespoke Airsoft for a variety of reasons. So please read on and beware,…

As a UKARA licence holder, I had purchased an Airsoft soft gun online in advance for in-store collection. However, when it came to collect what had been packed and reserved, the staff presented a completely different item in bright coloured blue (meaning that likely somebody without a UKARA license had been given a full black gun). Sadly, it wasn’t a staff member that noticed this problem and discrepancy -who were content just to blindly handover the box without checking it themselves.

However staff members were witnessed being rude and condescending to other customers. Indeed one staff member suggested that the way to fix a leaking gas magazine was to put it on a radiator! So, not exactly smart, accountable or quick to resolve any faults or problems with products.

That observation and experience was compounded when the recoil guide rod on the new gun I had purchased immediately broke. When reporting this across the telephone initially, I presumed it was going to be a straightforward agreement to return the product for a simple swap, similar replacement or refund. HOWEVER I was immediately accused of foul play down the phone. So this is a slanderous accusation being made down the phone without even seeing the product themselves physically.

From that point, I was also told that if I had field stripped the gun that it would no longer have any warranty. WHAT??? So this means in theory, that if you take down your gun even to adjust the hop, -then it will no longer have any warranty from this shop.

Imagine that experience already? Something that you were hoping to enjoy, only to be met with disappointment, but then the added antagonisation of being accused of breaking it yourself and the threat of losing all your money on a rubbish product. Absolutely appalling respect for customer satisfaction.

Yet it gets worse, as from that point I then had to write a detailed email with equally forensic photography to prove my point. Making an insurance claim would’ve been easier for a major car crash in reality.

Then, after having to send in a detailed email as requested, there was zero response to that email. Bespoke Airsoft insist on an email being sent with all of this detailed information, then completely ignore it. I had to call numerous times, being promised with a response back in due course (which again did not come, -even from the manager who is called Tim).

After perseverance and effort only on my part, did eventually Tim respond. In true unaccountable form, he unduly blamed his staff for any previous discrepancies. But Tim proved to be no better example himself by way of conduct. He had the very disappointing opinion that it was as much his loss as mine that the gun was faulty (forgetting that he actually was the seller responsible for a product, much in the same way the factory would be accountable for his disappointment). Just a terrible unaccountable attitude. Indeed it was also the constant assumption that I would be paying and facilitating any return of this item, until eventually I was offered some token prepaid label to send it back in the post.

It was suggested to Tim that after such a collective miserable customer experience and drain, that he might consider some form of positive gesture or recompense. But again, this followed absolutely zero response and total silence (much in keeping with the total lack of respect and low value given to customers from this shop). Despite informing the company owner (Gurmeet Singh) of this poor performance, he also offered no response. They must have falsely considered it some financial gain and an extra saving to themselves to ignore my further request.

So with this very false economy of attitude, I can only now share my negative experience to others and offer a similar level of caution I see being repeated in many other reviews here. This is a company that is not learning to improve
