Not really had the money to get into any of the airsoft stuff until recently so have had a million questions and well Sam had an answer for everything I wanted to know and so much more! He’s an incredibly knowledgeable guy and very friendly! On top of being well looked after I Did my first range day today and it was fantastic! A lot of fun and well worth the time!

Terrible customer Service. These people are great at communication before a sale but once they have your money it’s like you don’t exist. No response to email about defective item but would respond to request for additional items ALL SENT FROM SAME EMAIL. They are cheap for a reason go elsewhere!!!!!

Bad experiance , awful customer care, Bought an airsoft RPG for quite alot of money just after xmas , assembled and built it , took me quite a while , pops the warhead in . Secures it . Warhead falls to pieces . Spoke with customer service , long story short i didnt wanna sent the rpg back as i spent hours building it , they agreed that i could keep the defective warhead and i said id be happy to pay for a new one … its now been 6 months , no answering the phone , no replies to emails anymore …. Just getting ignored . When and if i do manage to get in contact im told the same over and over again , ‘well be back in touch’ or ‘itll be sent and youll be billed’ …6 months later ….nothing . So i have a pretty RPG i paid 400 odd quid for that i cant use

Ordered a pistol from the website - according to other reviews, it seems as though the online store is not the way to go. the customer service employees that deal with package problems are apparently not helpful at all. however, there are many many more great reviews of their actual shop location and the employees there, so if you wish to buy anything from Bespoke Airsoft then would reccomend skipping the website and visiting the store. will update review when pistol problem is sorted.

Bad experience. I placed an order and cancelled it straight away as it was placed in error. I emailed them few times to confirm cancellation. They ignored my email and request and sent the order anyway. Ive been emailing them since trying to return the items for a refund but they just ignore emails. Bad customer service. Unprofessional shop
