I purchased a Glock 19 with the explicit intention of mounting a separately purchased, compatible red dot optic using the included 02 adapter plate. Because the optic required the plate's plastic alignment nubs to be shaved down, I made that minor adjustment. However, when I went to screw the optic down, I discovered the adapter plate's screw hole threads were completely stripped straight out of the box. The screws could not catch or tighten at all.
When I contacted customer service to replace this explicitly defective part, they point-blank refused, hiding behind a corporate technicality. They claimed they couldn't help because I had "modified" the part—even though trimming the alignment nubs had absolutely zero impact on the factory-stripped internal metal threads.
Their obstructive attitude didn't stop there. I actually offered to pay out of pocket for a replacement spare part just to resolve the issue. They still refused to sell me one. They openly admitted they would have exchanged it had I not touched the nubs, proving that they knew the part was defective but actively chose to weaponize a policy loophole to avoid helping a customer.
This isn't just adhering to policy; it is malicious, anti-consumer obstruction. They chose to alienate a customer over a cheap, defective piece of plastic and metal that arrived broken. Avoid this company at all costs if you expect even a baseline shred of post-purchase support.

Will definitely be using Bespoke Airsoft for all my Airsoft needs and would highly recommend to anyone!

Apawling, ordered a two tone air soft and received a carelessly whole spray

Recently sent my gun in for upgrades. WE L85A2 GBBR. Upgrades included precision tightbore barrel, adjustable NPAS, steel trigger group etc. They also cerakoted the front rail. I can only say what a pleasure it was dealing with them. Gun cycles great. Consistent power, and accuracy increased. Honestly I would recommend them to anyone. Thanks to the team. Chris

Bought and HPA adapter for my gun, the adapter came incomplete, when I contacted them, they told me to send the photos to see what I’ve received, then I received another email sending me to the manufacturer page to contact them when I did the purchase through them. I replied to the email saying that I did the purchase with them not the manufacturer, and still waiting for a response. Really bad customer service, just buy in another place to avoid getting ripped off.

Ordered just under £130 worth of gear and heard nothing no conformation email i had to chase them spoke to different people who all told me it would be sent on next day delivery didn't get a tracking number till four days later from. Where i had to drive to collect as I needed it for the weekend and they had lost all trust from myself I then decided to buy some things in store placed a ragner polo and a mag on the counter and the guy behind the counter had got what I thought was a polo shirt sent up from the wearhouse as that is what he had charged me for after my three and a half hour drive home heaven behold they had given me a t-shirt not s polo if they can get it wrong with me in store is outrageous I am very disappointed in the experience with this store and have and will continue to advise people not to shop there if I could give one star i would happily do so

So, let's be clear, this transaction wasn't without its issues - however, seeing other reviews recently you would be worried that they don't have great customer service. I found the opposite to be the case - hence the 5 stars.

Ordered a rifle - not overly expensive but good spec. Arrived well packaged and on time from a decent courier.

Sadly, it packaging inside was opened and there were a couple of marks on the gun. Nothing major - but I didn't really want to accept something that was in that state. These things happen.

Contacted Bespoke - No fuss, No excuses - reassured me that it would probably be fine. Fully happy to accept a return and send out a new rifle. No cost to me. Perfect.

New gun arrived, fully sealed looking perfect.... but..... sadly the battery and gun were different clip types!

But again, Chinese supplier, these things happen and the nature of this type of hobby. Emailed with photos, got an apology and was sent a converter in the post next day free of charge.

Now, some people might think I've been messed around. I don't - problems occur, it's how they are dealt with that matters. Bespoke replied to all my messages and got everything resolved. Job done. Thank you :)

Gun is great by the way - can't wait to go use it in a game.

Purchased a pre painted rifle online (was available for immediate collection), did some further research on the model I purchased before collection and online I found out that this particular model had a lot of issues ranging from overheating, the gears destroying themselves after a few uses, issues with the seals, and battery size issues due to the small compartment. I went into the store and asked if I could cancel that so I could get something else in the store and explained about what I had read online, was told no since it was a painted version (it was already painted I didn’t order the 2 tone service to have it custom painted). The person behind the desk said it was a great rifle and then proceeded to tell me about some common issues that these models suffered from (stuff I had read about online) and then explained how a lot of people come into the store and try to use the consumer protection act. Why would he mention that? The only reason they would not accept a return was because they want to pawn off their old products that didn’t sell(the rifle was last inspected in 2022 and left in their warehouse until now). Very unhappy with my purchase and poor customer service.

Ran into a problem after I bought an airsoft gun online from them. Chasing them up yielded either radio silence, or late replies.

Then they have the nerve to try gaslight me about why that problem in the gun happened. Maybe that works on people who've never touched an airsoft gun in their life, then again maybe they think us RIF purchasers with deep pockets are all fools...

Edit: I am not convinced by the response, and will have to let this matter go, considering their lack of cooperation in several previous attempts to contact them. I find it suspicious that they immediately found and responded to this review, but did not give any of the previous and older reviews here from others the same treatment.

genuinly awful experience.
i put in a gun for upgrades, it took 22 days to get back when they said it would be no longer than 10. they also tried to charge me for 2 broken parts that THEIR engineers broke when installing and only removed the charges when threatened with legal action. Did not communicate with me ONCE during the whole ordeal. I had to call them numerous times and they even had days where they were open but did not answer all day. insanly bad managment and genuinly not worth your time or money. Go somewhere else for airsoft supplies and services.

Terrible, stressful experience, 20 odd emails, 20+ telephone calls and 5 weeks later I finally got my (reduced refund) for a faulty product.

A Bespoke representative told me my purchase was not checked before it was sent to me despite that being a common practice for airsoft retailers and you would definitely expect a check to made on a product that costs over 2k right? Nope! not Bespoke!

I had to chase Bespoke up constantly over 5 weeks to get anything done, staff told me the refund would be issued multiple times which never happened despite them having my returned parcel for near 3 weeks.

Please understand this was my first experience with Bespoke, could I have bought another product on another day and been happy, yes!
But unfortunately my experience was dire and honestly if I could rate this experience 0 out 5 I would.

I will obviously not be doing business with them again and would encourage any potential customers to be aware of Bespoke not checking their products before they sell to you and good luck if you need a refund.
