I recently bought the heated hoodie and motorbike gloves,I'm a motorbike instructor and am out in all weathers all year
Gloves first . Lovely ,warm ,last a long time but are very tight to get on . I got xlarge which is a size up for me but if my hands are damp I cannot get them on but with dry hands they are slightly too long so can't really get my proper fit. The label on the cuff is about 3 inches long and flaps about at speed ,if I cut it off does that affect my warranty? Apart from that happy with them . Hoodie is great lovely ,warm and with the extra battery power lasts a long time

The heated gloves arrived quickly. Received a speedy, problem solving reply when I emailed them with a query. The gloves feel really comfortable and I love the fact that they are liner gloves. My previous ones were very bulky. I wear a wind stopper pair of gloves over the top when necessary on my road bike and my fingers are toasty warm at an outside temperature of 5c. Can’t speak for longevity as I’ve only had them a few weeks.

Delivered promptly, good fit, and appears to work as it should. Too early to say more, except that the concept of a heated jacket is a good one for those of us who are more mature.

The delivery is absolutely 5 stars ordered it 2pm on the Friday was delivered by Saturday the next day. The product I bought is amazing very well made stretchy and overall comfortable absolutely outstanding.

Accurate product description and prompt delivery. Gloves are snug and very heat efficient, enhanced by choice of heat level and area of the hand affected by the heat.

I only have the highest praise for both Robin and Rutger. They kindness, empathy, understand and professional courtesy is something very rare these days.
My husband is a very disabled man and getting the right information and the right product are both crucial for his health and wellbeing. From the very first contact I knew I was in the best hands. Their service to me was first class in every way, as was the product, a pair of heated mitts when they arrived.

Bought it to replace my golf cap. With warmer weather now , the Bertschat cap has been great . I pour a glass of water over it before going out and it stay cool for the 18 holes. Great purchase and the envy of friends. Many who are now thinking of making a purchase!

Fantastic product and awesome customer care.
We bought two heated coats just before we went away for the winter to use on our motorcycle in Spain and Morocco as they can both be cold especially at night.
My coat wasn’t quite the right size and I called Rutger at Bertschat and explained the urgency and one arrived in the post the following day in time for our trip.
The coats are so well made and comfy. The battery packs barely noticeable especially compared to some other brands we tried first.
When we got back after 5 months I emailed Rutger and said all good but one battery has a slightly iffy connector, without issue he sent me a replacement within a couple of days.
It’s rare to find really good products backed up with equal customer service and I wish this company great success.
I recommend these coats to everyone.

Purchased a second pair of socks. The orginal socks have been a game changer for me for winter fishing. Long hours waiting for fish to bite means a lot of inactivity. Quick delivery and the product more than met my expectations.

Where to start with this company?
I ordered a pair of Heated motorcycle gloves in July, originally they said they would be despatched late August. In September, I emailed them to ask the status of the order I was then told they would be despatched later that month. On the 1st of October I again enquired as the orders whereabouts. The order was then despatched the following day. On the 3rd Of October I received a package containing a pair of Cycle gloves, not the Motorcycle gloves with the extra protection.
When I complained about the companies’ apparent lack of competence I received a very condescending reply, suggesting I should be grateful they were rectifying the error at no additional expense. I mean this was the very least they could do. I packaged up the gloves and sent them back to Bertschat.
I finally received the correct gloves. The quality is not what should be expected for an expensive pair of motorcycle gloves, I doubt they will last the winter.
The batteries get very warm when charging to the point I believe them to be a fire risk if left to charge overnight.
I had also ordered a heated shirt, which arrived with a hole in it. Assessing the poor quality of the shirt I decided to swallow the loss and not return it. After the first wear the shirts black dye made it look like I had been down a coal mine, the shirt was then binned.
From my experience, this company has only contempt for customers who pay over the odds for their shoddy goods.
Lessons learned and I will never order from this company again.
