I’ve taken a look into the order linked to your review. This was placed on 29/03/26 at around 4pm, dispatched the following day (30/03/26) and delivered on the morning of 01/04/26. As this was received within 48 hours of ordering, I just wanted to double‑check whether your comments might relate to a different order number, as we’d like to make sure we’re looking into the right one for you.
Regarding sizing, I can see that you ordered our non‑iron blouses. We do include a detailed size guide with these, along with helpful tips and feedback from parents who generally find the garments fit true to size. The guide explains how best to measure and includes chest measurements in both inches and cm, as well as arm length and an age guide. However, we completely appreciate that sizing can feel different for everyone, so if there’s anything you feel could be improved upon, we’d genuinely welcome your feedback.

I ordered 6 short sleeve shirts and received 4 shorts sleeve and 2 long sleeve shirts, after 2 emails to try to correct the issue I have had no response. Very poor customer service.

I have checked your account and can see that you emailed us on Saturday 14th March. Our Customer Service Team replied on Monday morning requesting images so that we could investigate the issue further. You then emailed again on 23rd March advising that you hadn’t received a reply, so we re sent the original response and replied to you straight away.

Far too long!
Unfortunately the shirts were far too long, they fitted my 14 year old daughter like a dress! They dont offer exchange bit return process was straightforward.

Great overall product & service
Quick delivery. Loved that a lot of the packaging was recyclable and not plastic. Have tried lots of white school shirts for my son but these are the only ones where he loves the fit. They wash and iron lovely.

Ordered a skirt for my Granddaughter for school, found the same one on Trutex website cheaper than the company the school uses for the regulated uniform, fast dispatch and one happy Granddaughter
