Andy was the salesman that assisted us…
Andy was the salesman that assisted us in store, he was kind, professional and was not pushy in anyway, his aim was to give us the best experience possible when trying to select the correct bed we wanted. He made the whole process straightforward, simple and fun. When we entered the store we didn’t have the intention of buying it there and then but merely to take a look at the beds on show to help us make a decision on what was right for us.
But thanks to Andy we walked after selecting the best bed set up for us.

Matress knowledge very good
Very informative. Didn't feel rushed. Was given the option to try as many beds out to get different experiences. Georgina was very knowledgeable. After trying out a few beds a decision was made. Happy with our purchase. Even better with 25% off. Also they don't make you feel you have to purchase. Always liked Bensons.

Top notch experience …
Georginia is an excellent store assistant. She made us feel like the whole time we spent exploring the different mattresses was just centered on our comfortability and not just getting sales. She explained every aspect of the product and was also prepared for our queries.

Thank you for sharing your feedback Catherine. We’re very sorry for the repeated delivery cancellations, the delay in receiving your bed, and the frustration caused by the refund process. We completely understand how upsetting this must be, especially after waiting so long and investing a significant amount. This is not the level of service we aim to provide, and we appreciate you bringing this to our attention. Your comments were escalated to the relevant team, and we have been working internally to improve. Thank you for your patience while we put this right,
Megan at Customer Care
