The whole process was great, the sale, the delivery and even the installation guys were very helpful and made me feel at ease throughout. I gave them my spec and my required delivery date, and they certainly delivered, excuse the pun! Would highly recommend! 😁

Brilliant experience from start to finish.
I was looking for a mattress made of natural materials. I happened to stroll into Bensons and was really pleased to see they have a good range of natural mattresses. From sale to delivery, they were fantastic. I was kept well informed and they delivered on time. The mattress is great and a better price than the ones I had seen online. Highly recommend.

Able to try multiple beds/mattresses. Was given time on my own to try and come back to staff when ready. Would highly recommend.

Very helpful staff to sort out a problem
Mix-up on colour choice for headboard and wrong one delivered. However, the store has agreed to deliver the right colour and collect the initially delivered headboard.
The best way to judge a company is how they handle problems and the staff at Bensons in Poole have been brilliant in that regard.
