Tim made us feel very welcomed & gave us plenty of information that helped us decide what would be the best for us. There was no pressure, no sales pitch, just good honest advice.

Faultless. Excellent front facing customer service and delivery was prompt.

No rush or salesperson pushing.
The bed has reached all my needs with a swift delivery, disposal and assembly.

We were impressed with the Salesman & his knowledge making our choice of bed/mattress & headboard so much easier.
Very efficient & communicative. Operatives arrived at the given time & carried out dismantling of old & assembling the new bed. Hard working & left everything clean & tidy. Would totally.

Helpful staff

We went to bed Benson for Beds not really sure what mattress we wanted. Reuben asked us politely if we needed any help, and listened to our needs, talk just through lots of options, but he’s gut was guiding us to one mattress in particular, and he was absolutely spot on. He is so knowledgeable, so enthusiastic, polite, kind, he was so patient with us, the sale wasn’t pushy at all. I hated my previous tempur mattress, my husband loved it, and Ruben really nailed down what he thought we needed, like I said, he nailed it. We even ended up buying some lovely pillows. He has an absolute shining example of excellent customer service, he went above and beyond, what a great guy. Would highly recommend him if you need to buy a bed, it’s so refreshing that someone knows what they’re talking about, takes pride in their job, and cares about you as a customer.

We had such great service, Paul and Ruben helped us find the perfect bed. Thank you both for your help.

Courteous service and excellent knowledge of the product being sold

Very friendly staff. Good service

Great service, good quality beds for both frames and mattresses. Good pricing

Fantastic customer service

Reuben got straight to the point and asked about our budget and showed us the most appropriate single mattresses for our requirements in our spare room which wouldn't be used full time. He was courteous and helpful. It was a relief not to be in a bed shop for hours on end getting more and more muddled!

All perfect. Thank you

Smooth transaction from start to finish. Superb in shop, Ruben in Poole, brilliant with updates on delivery, fantastic delivery drivers who removed shoes before entering our home, Gary and mate from Gloucestershire, superb product which was wrapped so well to protect the bed, headboard and mattress. Would definitely recommend and use again.

Great service by friendly & knowlegable sales persons very helpful.

The staff member was very helpful and asked if we were using our existing Base.

Pointed us to a more suitable mattress and description.
