Bensons For Beds - Oxfordshire757 Anmeldelser

Upon entering the shop we were directed to the area we wanted then left to browse, as soon as we needed help there was someone to help. The sales person was most helpful and knowledgeable I would recommend Benson's to anyone.

Great experience with JAY helpful informative and made decisions easy for me. Really great young man.

Tyler the store manager is an amazing example of good customer service. He left us to peruse, was knowledgeable when questioned, and enabled us time to decide the best item for our budget. If in the vicinity and you wish to purchase a new bed go to Bensons in Didcot. Hopefully you’ll be as satisfied as we are.

Great service. Tylor really spent the time to listen to what we were looking for and go though each of the options that were right for us not just to get a quick sale! Would definitely recommend benson beds Didcot.

Very helpful always answering questions no matter how many times asked till we were satisfied very hard to find customer service like that can not remember the gentleman that took care of us 10/10 👍👍👍👍👍

Ciaran took time to explain and help us with our choice of mattress and divan base. He guided us through the many choices and let us find what suited us for ourselves. At no time did we feel rushed or pushed into making a decision. It was a very good experience and I can't recommend it high enough.

Great choice and good prices. Staff were fantastic.

Your colleague showed us the collection in our price range and was very patient helping us choose the colour. He was friendly, personable and knowledgeable. It made buying a new bed an enjoyable experience

We are really pleased with our new ochre coloured sofa bed. Looks v. contemporary and is solid, well designed and we feel represents great value for money. It was delivered on the date they said and the comms were good to let us know a pinpoint time of arrival. Gary and Warren did a great job of bringing it into the property. the bonus is that it's come just in time for us to accommodate our extra guest more comfortably. We spotted the sofabed on display in Benson's Didcot where the sales guy is very helpful, going above and beyond to give good advice on their products.
