Bensons For Beds - Northampton725 Anmeldelser

Great service. Very helpful and explained procedure and process well.

Although I received good customer service in store, I would not expect the same mattress to be £100 cheaper online from Bensons than it was in their store …

Very helpful salesman pointed us in the right direction for the right matters

Very helpful store manager, quickly found the combination of items we wanted. All Very efficient

Simon was very knowledgable, helpful and friendly

From the second I walked in to the shop I was impressed with the quality and layout. The prices were ok too. The fella that served me in Northampton branch had been there years a knew his product range extremely well. I bought a fantastic bed and firm mattress which arrived in a few weeks as they are made after the order…who knew. Great delivery driver thanks Robertas and Jack who carried it all upstairs. I assembled the bed in about 20 minutes. It’s a solid quality product thanks Bensons
A few years on now and it’s still excellent. Big thanks for your help bensons. Many sweet dreams so far no grumbles about the frame or mattress

Knowledgeable sales person who was helpful without being pushy. Delivery expected within very reasonable time, just over two weeks. Benson's recycling service for old mattress worth paying for knowing it won't go to landfill.

The gentleman that served us on 30th August 2023 was so helpful and let me try as many beds as I wanted to without being pushy at all. He was very informative regarding my needs and I never felt rushed in any way. Really lovely man. Thank you very much for your service.

Friendly helpful salesman...lots of choice.

Ordered a bed base. Nothing extraordinary just a basic one. Received FOUR delivery dates still with no base arriving. The attitude of the staff was one of casual dismissal. In the end we got our money back. Will not recommend this company to anyone!!

The salesperson was very disinterested and if I hadn’t wanted item and could have found similar I would have

He failed to have any knowledge of things and was totally not empathetic to my situation

He need’s training in building rapport and went from being disinterested to pushy - halfway through he dealt with another couples complaint and I had to return later to complete purchase

Mattress delivered to my elderly mother , who understandably was worried given she is frail . The delivery guys did everything including helping her with a valance sheet and unwrapping the mattress for her . They could not have done more or been kinder to her . Living at distance , it's always a worry when you can't be there to help . But happy mum and happy daughter . Thank you so much .
Oh and the mattress was great too , mum sleeping comfortably . Top marks !

John was exceptionally helpful and patient. No pushy sales effort just friendly and useful advice. Great service and very pleased with our final choice.

I was let down by another company on a bed and needed one asap the guy in the Northampton store was so helpful in finding me a bed that would arrive asap and within my budget. I really appreciated it and would shop there again.

I’ve already done a survey.

We visited Bensons at Northampton. From entering the store to leaving we had first class service.
The young man who looked after is was personable, knowledgeable and went out of his way to help us.

We bought 2 beds.

Salesman Lewis in the Northampton store was extremely polite and helpful with my two visits to the store and then purchase of a SuperKing Artisan Mattress.

Good advice regarding deals on a bed frame and mattress combination.

The drivers, Dave and Chiechefu did exactly what Benson stated they would do.
They were very polite and helpful and arrived within the time slot allocated, calling 30 minutes before. They Delivered the bed in a great condition and carried it to the room I asked.

Fantastic service, super knowledgeable and really relaxed not pushy sales at all.
