The process, from advice and sales, through to delivery, was great. Tom, the sales person, was friendly, helpful and honest. He explained it'd take two to assemble the beds, which it did, but the instructions and parts were delivered in good condition so we managed it without too much hassle. We were impressed with the wide choice of beds and mattresses. Simon, the sales assistant, was very helpful without being pushy. He understood our budget and worked with us to find the right option, and in the end, he managed to offer us a really good deal.
The order was delivered on time, and the delivery team were very professional and friendly.
The bed was easy to assemble, and so far the mattress is very comfortable. We have six weeks to decide whether it’s the right one for us, which gives us plenty of time to make sure we’re happy with our choice.
Overall, a very positive experience so far!
